Barcelona is a good residential complex in a good area. There are always some decorations and decorations, picturesque and full of wildlife. A large courtyard, beautiful and clean. Well-protected. My impressions are good and therefore I give 5 stars.

This is a fabulous paradise on earth! As soon as the carved and gold-inlaid gates swung open in front of me, I was surrounded by thousands of tropical butterflies! Herds of unicorns graze in the paradisiacal gardens of this complex, and centaurs are their shepherds! Pegasuses and firebirds can be seen high in the sky!

The yard is gorgeous. Gates - sometimes you want to turn off the intercom🙈 transport accessibility - there are 2 buses (full). I do not like that residents walking with animals (cats, dogs) do not clean up after them(it concerns the whole Urban Romance). The location is for me 👍

Good location near the park and the river. Warm houses. Cleanliness in the entrances and on the territory of the residential complex. Beautiful architecture. The yard is equipped with park areas, landscaping, sports and playgrounds. It is fenced around the perimeter and equipped with video surveillance everywhere.

The peculiarity of the LCD is in the location and in the courtyard, the best playgrounds and conditions for children of any age. They look after the garden well. But the sound insulation is 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. And the apartments are very crowded. And so the yard is the nicest in Nur Sultan
