I specifically asked before buying and was told that if the product is not liked, there will be no problem about changing. I bought the product with this confidence. It's only been a week Dec; I've never used the product, I've never worn it. When I went for change, this time they said that change is only possible under certain conditions and backed away from the promises made from the beginning. Moreover, they stated that if they want to buy back the product, they can only do so at the price of gold. This, in practice, amounts to a very low figure, about a third of the amount I paid. Obviously, this approach is extremely unfair and unacceptable. This is not the way to trade. There is no customer satisfaction, trust is zero. I was very disappointed. If you don't want to risk your money and time, definitely stay away.
