Do not contact this insurance company under any circumstances. We have had a very sad experience when applying for a policy. I took out an online insurance policy for my father, a pensioner who lives 250 km from Almaty. The money was debited from the account, but the policy did not appear in the database. 3 days have passed, the managers assure that the policy has been paid, but the status "not paid" is still in the personal account. They offer to terminate the contract that was not concluded, but in order to return the money, you either need to come to the office (250 km) or have a bank account (dad does not have one), they offered to return the money to the account from which the payment was made, they refuse... Therefore, think carefully before you insure yourself with SUCH a company. By the way, the comments in the insta were blocked)) apparently there were a lot of negative ones...

I contacted this company when buying a new car in Orbis Auto. In case of an insured event, I was simply refused payment of funds. The inspection took place in Orbis Auto. There is an invoice for payment. On the same day, I filed for termination, and the amount was calculated minus 50 percent of the insurance cost. It's just the worst insurance company in Kazakhstan. I would give a rating of 1, but in order to lower the company's rating, it is advisable to give a rating of 2 or 3.
