I want to leave a positive review about the Basement organization. I have applied here more than once and have always been very pleased with the result. She ordered printing on T-shirts and pillows, as well as design development, printing collages as keepsakes, selecting photo frames, printing photographs and educational materials. Everything is done carefully, efficiently and with great attention to detail. I would also like to mention the help of the staff in creating the design — they prompt, offer ideas and are really interested in making the result pleasing to the client. Deadlines are met, the print quality is excellent, the colors are bright and clear. It is a very convenient place where you can solve many tasks at once — from gifts to educational materials. I would certainly recommend the Basement to anyone who appreciates a professional approach, quality and pleasant service!

The quality of the materials is excellent. Although there are many photo studios in the city, I even went there from the other side of Tashkent. I recommend this place to everyone — I even made a free advertisement in my Telegram channel with more than a thousand subscribers. Today I printed out a photo for only 3,000 soums, it was carefully cut at the edges and put in a frame. The girl who works there is very friendly and attentive. I visit many places in Tashkent, and, to be honest, I don't want to return everywhere. And here there is a real customer orientation and a human attitude. It makes me happy. I recommend it!

As a result, the whole design is crooked, they didn't want to fix it. And they printed it all out. Disgusting attitude towards customers . Based on this, make a conclusion whether it is worth spending time, money and nerves.

Although it says that they work seven days a week. Very disappointed. The work is not done on time. This is not an isolated case. At the peak of the influx of customers (photo on the green card), it was necessary to organize a system of coupons, since 6 of them have cut paper there, like snow in winter! We stood in line from 14.00 to 17.00 It is cramped, stuffy indoors, there is nowhere to stand outside, there are no places to sit. Tired, cold. I hope that by next season, the organizers and administrators will think over tactics differently.
