Disgusting service at the Timiryazev Street store (Zhdanovichi trading house, Radiomarket building, pavilion E30). The seller (perhaps even the owner of the outlet) did not even want to listen to what the buyer was looking for, much less help him in any way, did not give him the opportunity to explain. He was rude and arrogant in dealing with the client. As a result, we bought the right thing in another place, but we didn't set foot to this seller anymore.

I do not recommend this store. I bought headphones for iPhone (wired) here. After payment, the cashier said that you need to turn on Bluetooth, because the headphones are Chinese and only then they will work. I decided to check if this was really the case, walked a couple of meters away - turned on - turned on Bluetooth - they work. But, I bought wired headphones, not Bluetooth. I decided to go ask for a refund, because 1. Information about Bluetooth was told only after payment 2. The presentation and receipt were on hand, respectively, there were no difficulties to change the goods. As expected, they sent me, said that everything was working and everything would be cool. I accepted that my battery would die due to the 24/7 bluetooth on and started using them. After 2 weeks, the left and right headphones turned off and they no longer work, either with or without Bluetooth. Naturally, the box and 29 rubles for the headphones went nowhere, but there is no return. Recommendation: if you buy Chinese hoco headphones at a price of $ 3-4, this does not mean that their quality will be super "wow" and making a margin of up to $ 15 is insanity.
