This tower, with the Catalan flag, is called Torre d'en Joanàs, and is one of the attractions of the Tossa de Mar fortress. The tower is located above the bay and the central beach of Gran (Platja Gran). In turn, the Tossa de Mar fortress is the main symbol and famous landmark of this resort town. The highest point of the fortress is the Camino de la Luz lighthouse.
