Today my daughter and I visited the Basil cafe, and we were absolutely delighted! A cozy atmosphere is felt from the very entrance: soft light, pleasant music and stylish interior create an ideal place to relax. The service is top—notch - friendly waiters are always ready to help with the choice and suggest what to try. I stopped at their famous cheesecake, and it was a real discovery! It turned out to be incredibly delicate, with a delicate texture and a light vanilla flavor drizzled with caramel. That's what you need! Besides the cheesecake, the cafe offers many other desserts and drinks, but this particular cheesecake was a real godsend for me. I will definitely come back here again to enjoy not only delicious food, but also the atmosphere that gives a feeling of homely comfort. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to spend a pleasant time with their family!

We were at the establishment today, I don't know if it's a coincidence. But the administrator Ekaterina has been serving us three times already. There are no questions for the girl, she is polite, she will always tell you what is best to order, she will help with drinks. She takes out the dishes quickly, she took out everything in about half an hour, although the order was large. I cleaned the dirty dishes and napkins. She came up to us several times and asked if everything was okay. I gave the child sweets. Always smiling. I'm just sorry for the girl. She runs around, cleans up, people come, pour some kind of negative on her because of the unavailability of the dishes. She's still smiling. We watched her for several hours. The waiter is sitting on a chair, she is running. We kindly ask the managers to pay attention to this. Obviously, there are not enough staff, but not that many. The dishes are very tasty, the return is fast, next time we hope that you will greet us with the same smile and cordiality. I give you five stars thanks to your employee.

The drinks were after the meal, although juice and tea were ordered. The tea was not brought hot, so the drinks had been ready for a long time. We were surprised by the service, we came half a year ago, everything was fine, now the service has failed, we were upset. There are no complaints about the kitchen, nor about the bar, and the service has deteriorated. We started working on quantity, not quality. Sadly. The administrator was not seen in the hall at all, they work as they want. There weren't many people, they didn't understand the work of the staff. The girl who was sitting at the entrance was completely relaxed, she didn't care about anyone. Please be vigilant to your incoming staff, thanks for the cuisine, but not the service.....

I used the delivery of this institution periodically.Most often, I ordered the same items for lunch at the office, since they were not bad dishes in terms of taste preferences and price ratio. But, today the order exceeded all expectations -in an order of three items -tom yam, seafood pasta and lemonade (Basil from our own production) -everything is tasteless.Objectively tasteless-the smell, consistency of overcooked greens. Of the stable, delivery remains unchanged - at least 2.5-3h. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, weekday, weekend, or public holiday.Very long for small orders. The service is also very lame.For one person, they put the devices in the form of a spoon and fork without individual packaging, throwing them into a common bag with dishes (where Tom yam was spilled). A couple of paper napkins were probably a pity for the customers, as they were not found. I sincerely hope that this review will be perceived not as a reproach, but as a signal that will help the development of the institution. Unfortunately, this is exactly the assessment for today.

We often order delivery from this establishment because we like the cuisine. It's been very sad lately. For the second time, the salad arrives in an open form (as seen in the photo)! The sauce pans, chopsticks, and soy sauce were simply thrown into a bag, not packed in any way, and the napkins were completely forgotten. The pizza arrived cold. Because of this, there is no desire to order anything. I hope that the management of this institution will see the review and take appropriate measures. I would also like to mention the rolls. They are very tasty, and, not least, beautiful. Thanks a lot to the dry cleaner!

This is the first time I'm writing a review, I'll tell you in advance the place is good, BUT There is a waiter, Ekaterina (we were here today on 09/10/25), they came to eat, they were friendly, but there was no greeting from Ekaterina. Ekaterina gave us the menu very, so to speak, indifferently, earlier we came and asked for a blue lagoon without alcohol and they made it for us without any problems (taking into account that it was not on the menu), but in the case of Ekaterina they refused us and began to prove that it did not exist, without even offering anything in exchange. Although, in theory, the waiter should offer something in return. Ekaterina is full of discontent towards customers, they didn't even tell us how long to wait for the order to be prepared. Even when people came to pick up the order and asked how long to wait, Ekaterina said she had no idea. As for me, this is not a very good attitude towards clients and work. Since we often visit this establishment, all the waiters were friendly and welcoming except Ekaterina. For the establishment itself, 7 out of 5, waiter Ekaterina 1 out of 5.

Pizza was ordered 600 grams, brought 900 grams, and after asking, they replied that 600, but everything is different in the bill. It's very hot in the hall at the entrance, put fans on at least.
