We were served quickly, without intrusiveness, but we were always on the lookout. - The kitchen: Everything was perfect! Especially Julien's pizza is one of the best in the city. We celebrated the birthday of a company of 10 people in February 2025. We were generally satisfied with the visit, we have been guests of this cafe for many years and often order food delivery. The quality of the dishes has gotten worse in the last year. The banquet was ordered in advance, so the dishes were served at the agreed time in full, the administrator took into account all the wishes on the menu. The service and services of the bar were very late, but perhaps this is due to the full seating in the hall. The waiter did not take any empty plates or bottles until the end of the banquet. It was easier to bring the bar's orders ourselves than to wait for the waiter. The menu covers the main taste preferences, we tried everything. My favorite dishes are hot appetizers, salads, and grilled dishes. Most of the pizzas are also quite tasty. The Japanese menu and desserts are not exciting. It is a special regret that tiramisu and fondue are no longer in the assortment, but these were your best desserts. We wish the owners of the establishment to install storage systems for water, which will make visiting the cafe more comfortable for guests. There is a discount for birthday parties. We received congratulations from the institution at the door when we were getting dressed. I updated the review, as the positive emotions from meeting my loved ones covered the minor shortcomings of the establishment, but on my last visit I didn't like the dishes at all, plus waiting for salads for 40 minutes, grilled dishes for more than an hour, spoons from the waiter for 20 minutes. I don't understand why there is such a difference in the taste of dishes and service from the cafe of your chain on the Street. Independence? It's much better there, that is, it's better to drive there, which is shorter in time than waiting endlessly for tasteless dishes on Artyom Street.

Today we celebrated my birthday at the Basil cafe in Donetsk. We all perfectly understand what a traffic jam fee is, but when making a pre-order, no one notified us about it, saying that "we can use our own"… When the bill was paid, we were stunned that we had to pay a cork fee of 800 rubles for a bottle of champagne, and 250 rubles for juice. We all understand that the amount of the cork fee is determined by the owner or the head of the restaurant. At the same time, the institution must warn visitors about the fee and its conditions before providing the service in order to obtain consent to pay for it. Of course, this amount was out of the blue, since at such prices it was possible to order drinks in the institution.… I would like to note that the cork fee is, from a legal point of view, a fee for an additional service provided by a catering establishment, and many reflect this service in the receipt. Moreover, the request to cut the cake was refused, we were provided with a knife and plastic dishes, arguing that the waiter might not cut an equal number of pieces! When they asked to pack the food that was left from the table, they brought pizza boxes. When asked to pack more sushi and other dishes, the waiter's response was simply amazing - "why, do you have pizza?!", after we still waited for the dishes, they threw it on the table with an expression that says - "you need it, you collect it" Of course, we did everything on our own. Despite the delicious cuisine, the attitude towards visitors leaves much to be desired. And the "cherry on the cake" in the form of a surprise with a cork collection is, of course, very unpleasant.… If you set your own rules, then warn your clients about this, who should expect additional expenses.
