Good afternoon! We visited the "Basil" with my husband yesterday and today.We really liked the menu, where there are photos of dishes, a good assortment, the atmosphere is pleasant, cozy and beautiful. We tried almost all alcoholic cocktails), beautiful presentation, interesting in taste. Of the food, we appreciated the Salad with spinach and seafood,mussels in cheese sauce, solyanka, salmon steak is very tasty!Respect to the chefs!The waiters are unobtrusive, smiling.There are fresh flowers on the tables. I want to come again! Thanks! Guests of the city of Donetsk.

I recently visited the ”Basil" and was completely delighted! This place was a real discovery for me. The atmosphere in the establishment is very pleasant and cozy, which immediately creates the mood for a great evening. The menu was pleased with the variety: here you can find dishes of Italian and Japanese cuisine, as well as fast food. I was especially impressed by the pizza “Capricciosa” – thin, soft dough, delicious sauce and ham. I also tried the Osaka rolls, which turned out to be interesting to the taste. The service was polite and unobtrusive, which added to the positive impressions of the visit. In general, the pizzeria Basil has left behind only positive emotions. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. Thanks for a great evening!

Good afternoon! I always order food at Basil. 🌿 High-quality service, the food is very tasty. We live not far away, we go to sit with our family on weekends, friendly waiters. I like the quality control after the order. Once they brought a pizza with a raw cake. The next time we ordered, we sent pizza for free as an apology. In the cafe on Artyom, there is a children's room and a beautiful hall, thematically decorated. I recommend 👍 P.S. The waiter Konstantin is just a darling, he came up several times, asked if he liked everything, clearly and quickly took out orders 🫡

I have been visiting this cafe for the third time, I like the spacious bright veranda, the music is unobtrusive, the waiters are polite and efficient, courteous and attentive (not every cafe in Donetsk will find such service). The menu is quite varied. The dishes are delicious, the portions are not small, the prices do not bite. It's clean and cozy, I'll come back.

The first time the order went fine, no problems, the delivery itself was 2 hours. The chicken kebab was covered in blood. The hodgepodge is delicious. The second time I made an order, they called on the phone, they didn't really explain what the problem was, then, allegedly, they couldn't reach me.. The time has already passed decently, about 2 o'clock, I called, it turned out that they did not accept the order because they did not understand what I wanted instead of those blbd that did not. OK, agreed. The payment was made to the courier at the terminal. They started demanding full prepayment from me, while hurrying me along. When I refused to make an advance payment, 3 hours after the order, they told me: we will not send the terminal, goodbye. I waited all evening for such a result.

A grateful honest review of a visit to the institution "Basil" on Artyom 125😊 My husband and I were on Sunday morning. A pleasant place, there is a playground on the street and a hall indoors. It used to be very tasty, but now it's just terrible, even for this money!🤢🤮 We ordered rolls, we were thinking of having dinner with a girl. Upon opening them at home, they immediately saw that something was wrong with the rolls, they were crooked, the fish was pale, almost white and there were very few of them. When they tried, there was no limit to their disappointment. The rice was overcooked, the fish was sour and tasted like fish and smelled unpleasant. The rolls were terrible, as if they had been cooked a week ago, and they were standing in a warm place, waiting for someone to order them. After calling the basil and complaining about the disgusting quality of the food, the operator apologized and said that he would inform the administration and contact us. No one called back the next day. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

There are always beautiful flowers on the tables, orders are made quickly against the background of other establishments, the atmosphere is pleasant, the waiters too. The pizza is very tasty, the dough is amazing, compared to other establishments. I put 4 instead of 5 only because after a delicious meal I had to stay at home in the toilet for a very long time, whether it was because of the food here or not, I do not know, but just in case, be careful.

I tried 5 roll deliveries. There were always problems. Basil is a wonderful application, on-time delivery, lovely girls, friendly courier (who has a thermo bag)!!!!! And the most important thing. Rolls! Normal HUMAN rolls. Normal rice, fresh fish. The gunkans are crooked, but against the background of everything experienced earlier… This is the best I've found. Also, a branded package, NORMAL signed containers. The Arigato roll is very similar to the roll from the Tanuki network. I almost shed tears. I wish you prosperity!
