Unfortunately, our visit to Basri Baba today left a very unpleasant impression. We wanted to celebrate our daughter's birthday in peace, but the atmosphere in the establishment was far from the level of a restaurant. The administrator (or manager) brazenly swore at the customers, as if this was the order of the day. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The waiter was initially polite, but after we didn't tip, his attitude changed dramatically, indicating a low level of service. We are very disappointed. We expected a completely different level of service, especially on a day like this.
