Convenient location in the city center, very cozy, it seems that the hotel is bigger inside than outside. Not a bad breakfast. The room has old appliances and furniture, but everything works and is clean. The suite has a gorgeous view of Ararat, a large balcony (in April you can sunbathe on it) and a nice spacious Jacuzzi.
I want to return to this place)

A small family-run hotel. I didn't get my bearings right away, but in general the location is convenient. You can walk to the center, the metro is nearby, it is also convenient to get to the airport (30-40 minutes). The breakfasts are modest, but everything you need is there. The rooms are all different in size and layout, but everything is clean and good.

It's not 4 stars, definitely.
Huge respect to the change of staff, who understands that the hotel and some of the rooms are very tired — they meet us halfway and move us. Thus, we got into a room with a higher class, which was many times more pleasant than the original one.
In general, no respect for the shift, tired as well as some of the rooms.
There is no point in settling lower than the suite at all - torn sheets, age-old dust, fungus in the shower stall. The toilet is a separate work of art.
As for the rooms above the class - yes, they are more comfortable, more spacious, with a beautiful view of Ararat from the part. But it is definitely impossible to call the hotel a star hotel. Starting from the general condition of everything, ending with the hairs in instant coffee at breakfast.
Pleasant impressions are mostly left by the staff, with the exception of the amoebic shift.
