I was on vacation in Almaty, decided to go bowling. I chose this place because it was close to my hotel. A small 8-lane play area, it was Wednesday afternoon, there weren't many people. Everything would be fine, but only 4 stars for the fact that there were no balls larger than size 11, and I usually play 12th, and also at the end of the game I was very surprised that there was a sharp smell of nicotine, which I can't stand at all, so I ran away from there as quickly as possible.

We went bowling with friends (I can't say for other types of entertainment).
They took two hours, they put a track for us. They started playing. The equipment very often hung up and did not give out balloons. After a while, the delivery of balls was repaired, but the installation of pins was just as terrible and sometimes some pins were not even placed. After that, the employee moved us to another track, but there is the same story. We were already transferred to the third, but that didn't help either. As a result, we were able to somehow play once in an hour and asked for money back for the second hour. Thank you for returning it at least for the second hour. In general, it is impossible to play normally. We will not come here anymore :(

When they came with the children, they were reluctantly given shoes, before that they were offered to put on just shoe covers on their shoes. Billiards is good! bowling horror.
In the Billiard Halls, the staff is polite and generally pleasant. good tables, normal cues.
Billiards is just terrible, the 2nd track is all fucked up, There is almost no oil on the tracks, The balls are just terrible, they break every 5 minutes, everything is EXPENSIVE! except billiards.
The building inside is pleasant (not counting the bowling alley, it also has disgusting music) there is a wardrobe.

Клуб со множеством столовой, что является несомненно плюсом. Неплохая кухня. Но с сервисом и напитками просто беда..Официанты не знают меню и не разбираются в напитках..Вина указанного в меню в 80% случаев нет. Пиво-просто страшное пойло. Эксклюзив от Эфеса не подразумевает нормального ассортимента. И деньги мимо кассы и клиент не радуется. Поиграть можно, насчёт остального жирный минус

I booked a bowling alley for my child's birthday, specially came personally to point my finger at the track that I want. The receptionist said, okay, okay, I wrote something down there. I arrive on the appointed day, at the appointed time, the track is occupied, to my question: well, how is it, I personally came to occupy this particular track. To which they answer me, it means that you have been misunderstood. (Although it would seem much clearer)!!! I think, well, I'm tired of swearing at them all the time, there are such shoals here. After that, the administrator insisted that they put us on the central path, that is, the table at which is located in the center of the other two tables, to my indignation, they barely waited in half with grief for a table on the edge and sat down. After 20 minutes, the receptionist comes up to me and says that this track is occupied, and after 20 minutes the people who booked it will come. I thought this terrible dream of unprofessionalism would never end, I was already so angry and said either kick people out of my booked track or I won't give up anywhere. Персонал вежливый, но долгий. Долго ждешь меню, потом подачу блюд, потом счет ... Напитки ассортимент хороший. Уютно, приятно, вполне можно с детьми. Кабинки большие чистые просторные. Мы постоянно семьёй ходим с детьми. Звук хороший. Очень большой репертуар песен. Из минусов 1.песен новых нет . 2.Долго ждать официанта.Цены. Дороговато по еде.

Персонал достаточно дружелюбный, приветливый, все приносили быстро. Пицца домашняя, на 3 из 5, лимонады не стоит, морс можно, но он кончается. В боулинге шумно, дорожки часто глючит - зависают, убирают несбитые кегли. В вип зале курят, желание играть в бильярд пропадает.

Не знаю что там с биллиардом, а вот с боулингом дела обстоят абы как.
Были в четверг в 16:00 -- не аншлаговое время, поэтому взяли две дорожки на четверых. Вроде как играй и наслаждайся! Так, наверное, думают и хозяева заведения, но есть персонал боулинга...
Персонал. Более надменные выражения лиц вы увидите, если вызовете такси из Талгара на Зеленый базар и к вам приедет Роллс Ройс. Язык общения оператора боулинга -- исключительно казахский, русский не понимает (делает вид), попытался общаться с ним на английском, но он его не знает, также как и французский, хотя я пробовал обращаться к нему на трех языках. Ну ладно, это можно пережить.
Обувь. Вам дадут некие калоши, вонь от которых перебивает только тот стойкий вонючий запах, который висит во всем помещении -- то ли заплесневелая обивка старинных диванов, то ли постоянный засор в туалетах. Никто обувь не обрабатывал с момента ее производства, поэтому будьте осторожны -- бытовые венерические и кожные заболевания невозможно предотвратить только лишь молитвой "Авось пронесёт". Как только вы оплатите деньги, ваше время игры начинается -- и не важно, что вы еще не переобулись и просите пока не включать дорожку. Оператор с видом Эцилопа из "Кин-дза-дза" покажет вам, кто вы в этом мире и где ваше место во вселенной. Ну ладно, смирились и пошли играть.
Дорожка и оборудование. Я не буду описывать состояние оборудования -- это всё равно, что описывать состояние Опель Кадета или Москвича 412, который приехал к вам на вызов такси. За один час игры одна дорожка зависала в общем где-то минут на 10-15, вторая -- больше, поэтому ее даже заменили. Но какой смысл заменять дорожку, если вы играете на очки, а очки не переносятся? Такое ощущение, что ты снимаешь квартиру в ЖК Восточка по цене Жайляу или Есентая -- апломба много, а по факту только "пшик".
Мониторы. Можно устроить конкурс по городу или по республике, где есть еще более ущербные мониторы -- даже имя написать не могут, только первые буквы...
Туалеты. Даже заходить не стали, т.к. вонь стояла в игровом зале такая, что мы подумали, что туда нужно заходить только на ходулях, а их вроде на рецепции не было. Не стали рисковать своей обувью.
Бар. Ничего там не заказывали, поэтому врать не буду.
Общее впечатление, могу только сравнить: как будто хотел шашлык баранья мякоть, а принесли обглоданные свиные кости.

Посетили боулинг, в принципе неплохо, дизайн интересный, все чисто и красиво. Шары для боулинга чистые внутри, пальцы не чёрные после них. Правда несколько раз зависла система, кегли не убирались, броски не засчитывались во время сбоев.
