Secondly, the manager (Dmitry) warned that the driver must wait until we check the product for its integrity and quality, But the driver said that he did not know anything about it, was not going to wait, because he had "a lot of orders." Thirdly, the driver surprised me by the fact that I still have to pay 10 rubles for delivery, although the manager assured me. that the delivery to the entrance is completely free.. It's just ridiculous, apparently, this is how the driver knocks himself down for extra beer :) As a result, I had to take all the unpacking of goods on video to avoid problems. I recommend the store management to see who they hire as couriers/drivers, because this spoils the positive reputation of the store.
