I bought the battery in the BatContactGroup, during installation by an employee (courier ), the battery wall was damaged from below, naturally I could not know about the mechanical damage.As a result, the electrolyte gradually leaked out of the damaged cell, which led to a difficult start. After contacting the service center, the damage was discovered, and in order for me to leave them, I stood on the street for 4 hours in January, asking for a replacement, because the workers were waiting for the decisive word from the management.Battery ( replacement ) , I returned it.By e-mail, I sent a letter of complaint, where I outlined the essence of the problem, why such a situation occurred and explained why, I did not immediately see the cause of the mechanical damage.To which, an elementary reply was sent to me from the legal department of the Belcontact Group company, where they explained me in detail, hinting that I was a deranged person and, with my permission, a battery with mechanical damage was installed.In general , people were not even going to figure out the essence of the problem . My words are not unfounded, I have both a letter of complaint and an official refusal from BatContactGroup. Of course, my colleagues and I, who are familiar with the BatContactGroup company, will have nothing to do.

I ordered the battery via the Internet. It turned out that it is available in a store that is located near work. I booked it. Before buying the battery, the seller made all the measurements, filled out the warranty card, I paid, they gave me all this + a receipt and I stomped to the car. I changed the battery at the end of the working day, the car started up at half turn - I went home happy and satisfied. Today I stopped by their place at lunch - I handed over my old accumulator, they made it freeze in the store, it crumbled... As a result, I drive a new car for 2 days, I feel great. The store is excellent, the sellers are competent and polite. Thank you for your work!

Dear customers, if you buy a battery from them slightly higher than the budget one, and it will not start a gasoline subcompact at zero degrees, then be prepared, they will tell you that this is your problem, and it will not charge! Their "service centers" will not check the internal resistance of the battery.
