Absolutely terrible customer service. The middle aged woman at the checkout accused me of breaking a yoghurt and said I had to pay for it. I told her I didn’t break it. It was obviously broken when I took it from the shelf. She again accused me of breaking the yoghurt 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ Absolute madness. She ruined a 2,000 Ruble sale over a 19 Ruble yoghurt. Tips for improvement: 1. Instruct your staff on etiquette and logic. Insulting customers is never good for business. Even if I was at fault, losing a 2,000 sale over a 15RUB yoghurt is not good for business. 👍

Очередь огромная, на просьбу пригласить второго кассира отвечают хамством. Кассир Крутенкова А.В. позволяет себе обсуждать с вторым кассиром покупателей (в нелестном тоне) при очереди посетителей, выражения не выбирает. Персоналу минус, овощной/фруктовый отдел неплохой.
