There are no necessary specialists of a narrow profile, namely an adult ENT, the management is in no hurry to give directions to other clinics; in short, as in a regular free clinic. Only a medical examination can be completed for a driver's license or a health record, and it became expensive and long - you didn't have time to go through all of them before lunch, you had to continue after lunch. When we transferred, we thought it was better here, but it turned out that it was like everywhere else. We are interested in quantity, not in the quality of service, in my opinion.

It was the first time I went to see a doctor, as I drew up a contract, I want to note that there is no canditer in the doctors' offices, it was very stuffy, my blood pressure rose, and imagine how the staff works in such conditions, pay attention, gentlemen, because the quality of work of doctors and nurses depends on it.

I recently had a medical examination at this clinic. Relatively low level of service. It feels like there is a shortage of staff, starting with the fact that sometimes you can wait for a specialist for more than 10 minutes near their office, ending with the fact that 1 person "plays the role of 2 specialists". For example, during the medical examination, I had to go through the surgeon's office, without the results of blood and urine tests, and I went to the 22nd office, where it was also written "venereology / dermatovenerologist". Presumably, Tolegen Muratovich Ihsanov ignored my questions and rudely waved away something like "I told you to come after lunch." He did not respond to my comments more correctly and respectfully. It would seem that the company pays money so that we can be served in this medical center, but the feeling is that I am being treated by a homeless person who accidentally went to a free polyclinic, where specialists are forced to work against their will.
