I contacted the manager about the delivery to Russia, they offered to send it via CDEK. The card number was sent for payment. I have a Kazakh bank card, I transferred the amount, sent the payment receipt to the manager. But in the end, I was told that nothing had arrived. The glasses were not sent. They did not deal with the problem, even despite the document. The card number that was sent was checked many times, there was no mistake.
