Great location, good location. There aren't many queues. There are summer ones. Large portions and fast service. The entire restaurant is decorated in an ethno style. The prices are average. There is a separate VIP room with a fan. The service is good. It's clean and cozy. I recommend it!

It so happened that we, as guests of the city, rented an apartment next to this institution. We arrived late, already at the 11th hour, quickly checked in and went, following the recommendation, or rather asking the owners of the apartment we rented, where we could eat at such a late hour. You know, we didn't come here for nothing. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist (well, it seemed to us) - a girl who good-naturedly sat our family (two adults and two children) at the table and called the waiter. The waiter girls are dressed in national costumes (a cap, or whatever it is called, I do not know) and a vest. It is very beautiful and fits the interior of the establishment. The interior itself is quite pleasant and cozy, I would say...There is something like the coat of arms of Kazakhstan on the ceiling in the main hall (maybe I'm wrong, but it's beautiful), national posters on the walls (horses, horsemen, in general, sketches from the epic, apparently from Kazakhstan). There was even a place for a domra, which also adds charm to the interior. In general, the institution is aimed, as the signboard and the interior situation say, at Kazakhstanis. The posters, for example, are only in Kazakh, which is a bit surprising and upsetting, because I would like to have at least a small print, but there would be a translation for non-native speakers. I'll get ahead of myself by saying that we went to this institution not once or twice, but more than once. Every time there are a lot of visitors who are not of European appearance (I don't want to offend anyone, well, I hope you understand). According to the interior: the tables are strange, not suitable for the setting...cheap, just like in fast food establishments (although the Kazakh fast food inscription is present on the sign, so it's not such a harsh minus). There are also soft spots. As for the menu: they're just homely, beautiful, with pictures...The names are duplicated in Russian, with smaller text. In principle, the description is also in Kazakh first, with a smaller font in Russian below. The food is national. Here you can try kazy, beshbarmak and much more. Fast food, by the way, is an adapted Hamburger, only the filling is Kazakh (well, for example, lamb, or kazy, or kurt, etc.). In principle, for us, Europeans, in terms of non-experts in local cuisine, we also found something to eat. I especially recommend potato balls in sour cream sauce and stewed beef...it's very tasty, especially the taste and aroma of beef (really a flashback from childhood, just such a familiar flavor of meat). I repeat, I highly recommend it...I take off my hat. Fast food, by the way, is also with chicken meat (so-so, to be honest, the taste is inexpressive, I didn't leave any special impressions), with beef (my half-board), and with the meat that they eat here...Yes, yes, pork lovers have nothing to do here. Not the country, or rather the republic, where this meat is so popular! Keep in mind. The portions are quite large. At first, we each ordered a dish, but after that we realized that we could have one, say, for two...it's quite satisfying and enough for two adults. The children took half of the dish home with them later, because there were a lot of them. The receptionist, by the way, is very attentive. On the second visit, she greeted me with a smile, as if I were old acquaintances. It's very nice, it feels like you've come to visit your grandmother, who lives in Kazakhstan, and you'll be fed homemade food, greeted like a family member, and asked if everything is okay. The only drawback is the entrance and the territory near the establishment...there are watermelons near the store, which is nearby, on the floor, there is a stream from a working air conditioner, a dirty stream with garbage from the street...some pipes were sticking out in the parking lot, dust and rocks. Therefore, I advise you to put someone in the car in the courtyard of the neighboring house, they rolled up the new asphalt there (it's relevant for August 2025, I don't know further). Anyway, thanks for reading it...By the way, we will visit there again on the way back (at the time of writing the review we are still in Balkhash). Thank you all, and prosperity to the institution! Advice, I understand that the format of the establishment and food is designed for Kazakhs, but tourists often visit the city...make a couple more positions for the stomachs of Europeans and the price will not be for you if it is also delicious.
