I visited the Bauyrdaq restaurant at 15B Timiryazeva Street and was very pleased. A great place to try authentic Kazakh cuisine in a modern and cozy format. The Beshbarmak was delicious, the meat was soft and fragrant, and the portions were hearty. I was especially pleased with the work of the staff: the waiter Bekarys was very attentive and friendly, the service was top—notch. The interior is pleasantly decorated in the national style, creating a warm atmosphere.

The courts came to have dinner with their friends, at first there was a normal waiter, then as he took the order he disappeared somewhere, they called more than once as 100 times and other waiters just walk around saying please come to us and we would like to order more and we are already waiting for 1 hour for our order, it's good that tea was brought immediately. When the first waiter ordered desserts, they told him to bring them right away, but he was not attentive and did not even break through the order, then they hardly called the waiter walking around for nothing (besides us there were 2 more tables and there were no people even)and we waited for desserts for another hour. Why is that?! Did sweet boursaki take so long to prepare?Somehow he didn't want to accept the order, we had a negative impression at all. The mantas were very juicy, but the sour cream smelled bad , and we wanted to tell the waiter, but he avoided us . You can't treat the guests like that, where are they looking?! If you continue to communicate with clients in this way, then everyone will avoid you... We're not naked anymore, who's going to come back if they serve you like that.
