We stopped on the highway. When we were traveling from Samarkand to Tashkent. We saw a beautiful building with the sign BAXT Restorani, and next to it, a glass-enclosed room typical of Uzbekistan with the sign "Milly Taomlar" (which means "national food"). And we decided to come here. In front of the entrance to this cafe, chefs cook samsa and kebabs under a canopy. It is clear that many locals take them with them. Here we saw a new form of samsa - "droplet". It is filled with delicious broth, soft minced meat, cooked in a tandoor outside. We settled inside, and the waiter quickly handed us a laminated menu sheet. A photo with the name of the dish, but without the price. The staff doesn't speak Russian well, but we figured it out and made orders. My husband and I also ordered delicious, juicy lamb kebabs, Achchik chuchuk salad, Achchik Si soup, and green tea. The dishes were brought to our entire group of 6 people at the same time, and everything was fresh, straight from the fire. Everyone was more than satisfied with the food, and expressed gratitude to the guys who were cooking outside and the waiters. Once again, we were convinced that in simple, one might say unsightly places, where the locals themselves eat, the food is always very tasty. Respect to the staff who cook with love.
