A professional installer arrived and put the room doors between them. The installer arrived and just started to install the doors without reservation of various little things. As someone who is not competent in this matter, I did not know that the casing and box should not be placed in the floor on a black floor for subsequent installation of the floor covering. The deputy director says that this is not the first case, but changes for a fee. And considering that this is not the first case, they do not want to change for the better. When calling the company, I talked to a not very polite deputy director who talks to customers in raised tones like in his kitchen.

We contacted the Baidors organization and were very satisfied. The measurer came and explained everything, helped to make a choice. After installation, there were no questions, the garbage was removed. I recommend to everyone who does not have a rubber budget, the guys have doors for any wallet.

We ordered a door at Baydors LLC in a showroom in Dzerzhinsk. The manager promised to deliver the door within a month. We have drawn up a contract and made an advance payment. After a month of silence, they called themselves, found out that due to the coronavirus, the plant could not put a door for them (for two years they have apparently been blaming all the troubles on the crown). But they promised that they were about to arrive and that there was no way to pick up the prepayment for the custom door. According to the contract, the delivery time is 45 working days. After waiting the entire waiting period, the door was delivered on the 48th working day. The installer was supposed to call from them, but never called. The most optional company. I regret that I got involved.

The first order had to wait a month and a half longer than the deadline (we made a small discount). They were brought without door locks, I had to wait separately to be installed after a week and a half of waiting.
Then I bought additional fittings and platbands. It was delivered two and a half months later. The dobors turned out to have cracked enamel and the wrong color. I'm making an exchange. The complaint department took over, but then disappeared for half a month and still does not respond when the exchange will take place.
UPD: I got through to the director, we managed to resolve the issue quickly

Other doors were brought, the installer began to install, it turned out that there was not enough goodness, and by the way, about the installer, the measurer was beating in his chest that the installer had experience and had been working for them for a long time, but it turned out to be only 2 weeks.So people do not recommend this office, they work just tin.
