Since October 2024, the makhalla committee has no chairman and no acting chairman, for this reason they do not fulfill the issues of protecting citizens: they refuse to accept complaints and applications, they send them to the district police officer, who, in turn, sends them back to them. A 16-storey building is being built in this mahalla at 46 Mironshokha Passage, 8; against the will of nearby neighbors, causing harm to health and property. There are no positive reactions to collective complaints to such authorities as the district inspector, the prosecutor's office, the GASN, the president's portal. Citizens feel abandoned and unprotected.
