Kazanok recreation center is a great place for corporate parties and for a quiet family vacation in a picturesque place (verified)! The territory is clean and cozy, there are playgrounds for volleyball and table tennis, cozy gazebos. Very friendly staff! The catering is organized at the highest level, insanely delicious! A warm welcome makes you want to come back again!

We rested for two years in a row with tents and a company with children! The nature is gorgeous, the water is clean! Gazebos for large and small companies! There are equipped bathrooms! If desired, they can cook a meal! A volleyball court (although there is not enough sand and your feet get clogged from being very hard), a playground, barbecues near each gazebo! Cheap rental of gazebos! In principle, I recommend it

The place is simple, but "soulful". It's right for relaxation. The cuisine is excellent - especially the pilaf came in. Beer on tap - at a democratic price. Forest, water - there are no mosquitoes and midges, what else do you need for a vibe? The staff is polite, sociable and disposes to a good mood.

I would like to note an extremely non-professional approach to my potential vacationers. When organizing a corporate holiday, which was planned for 05/21/2022, we chose the KazanOk recreation center. By calling the phone number +375(29)539-33-55 (listed on the official website https://kazanok.by /) we have booked a gazebo for the selected date. Quite often, negotiations were conducted with a representative by phone, the smallest details were discussed, so that our vacation would be without surprises. We made a trip to familiarize ourselves with the database in order to have an understanding of how much information is reliably provided, both on the website and in communication. All of the above indicates the seriousness of our intentions to spend leisure time on this particular base. The surprise did not take long to wait!!!! On May 10, 2022, a call rang to announce the following to us: "The gazebo you have booked has already been rented, specifically for May 21st. Since you didn't make an advance payment, that's why the gazebo is gone and there are no more available." We think this is extremely unprofessional!!!! A self-respecting organization that respects its potential guest was obliged to call us (given our frequent communication and understanding the seriousness of our intentions) and voice the interest and desire to make an advance payment to others. The representative of the KazanOk recreation center did not deign to notify us of his intentions, but put us in front of the fact. This situation has left a negative imprint on the perception of the recreation center "KazanOk", given the approximate list number of vacationers – 50 people, glory will go ahead of YOU!
