I ordered a tree here with the service "antisepsis by immersion" - this is a complete "DIVORCE". The rafter system was covered with black spots during the installation process for a month. Several beams of non-standard cross-section were laid on pallets outside and covered. Within a month, they had turned completely black on all sides and were covered with mold. The owner of this desk, Pavel, when requesting to replace the black bars, said that no one was complaining and he was not going to change anything, and hung up. As a result, I now need to buy new beams, remove the rabble with chlorine, and re-process the entire rafter with a spray gun... And also, Pavel "helped" with the delivery of the tree with a manipulator and promised that he would throw it on the attic floor - the manipulator failed, as a result, the money was thrown away for the delivery with the manipulator. I do not recommend this seller! He has one task - to take money from the client, but he is not responsible for the quality of goods and services!
