We celebrated our daughter's birthday, 06.09.2021.
There are four zones in the game center:

Game room (for kids)
Trampolines (from 4 years old)

The birthday was big, 10 children)
Rented a room, because I didn't want to go somewhere else to eat. There were two kids of 2 years old.
So, the kids were allowed to play. Had fun) And I decided to go with my 2-year-old baby to the play area. There were no kids, so we had a lot of fun!
We were playing with our daughters, but I had to leave immediately. And I asked the girl who looked after the children to look after my daughter. I walked away.
I come and see a picture. The girl is on the phone, but my daughter is not! I ran to look for her..As a result, my sunshine lost the elastic band and the bracelet..
Okay, the cake has arrived! We're eating it, we have two more hours for the room..But then the cleaner comes and starts being rude:
- Excuse me, but why?
- Is the time running out if I paid for 4 hours? I have two more hours.
- Fuck you, go away!
I went to the administration..Why do they swear and be rude in front of children, and I have not forgotten about the time.

I would like you to pay attention to the attitude of employees towards visitors, if they are so stressed by this work, then why do they go to it. And we, in turn, will not recommend this entertainment complex to anyone, and as you know, if you did not like it somewhere, then you will tell it to many, and if you liked it, then one.
