The agency's team (Inna Kichatova, Victoria Danelyan, Victoria Stovba) helped us find and buy an apartment in Tbilisi in a fabulously short time. In five days, 17 screenings were organized (2 apartments were viewed twice), a deal was finalized, an agreement with the tenant was reissued, documents for a residence permit were submitted, and a power of attorney for a friend was issued. The entire formal part took one day, and the team worked smoothly. We interacted with Inna from Russia, but despite the fact that she was unable to participate personally during our visit, she did not keep her finger on the pulse and remotely helped as much as she could. Victoria Danelian carried out the main shows and showed a lot of patience. Victoria Stovba organized the deal and demonstrated excellent competence.
