There is nothing that could relate to the concept of "beach"-no places to sit, no places to change clothes, no common areas (water faucet, toilet), no achievements of civilization to comfortably settle down and spend time. The banks do not crumble, the bottom of the river is not cleaned, the smell of rot. It's a shame that the riverbank in the city center is in such a terrible state. We don't have a beach.
