Nice hotel with luxurious atmosphere but also central location. Next door to Abu Dhabi mall (internal access) . Nice restaurants and also good ones across the street on the other side. Lobby is nice for a quiet cup of coffee and light snacks with piano music.

We had a vacation with my husband in January 2024. Gorgeous lady, all with Dubai generosity. Buffet tables, decorations, friendly staff and a cool beach vacation in the center of the city bustle. You can visit a large shopping mall without leaving the street. All the attractions are located +- in a comfortable distance. The administrators helped me for a couple of days to prepare a surprise in honor of my Spouse's birthday. Special thanks to them for that. And only at the hotel, despite the fact that there are no Russian speakers at the reception, with the help of an interpreter and several administrators from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, I got everything I needed. I thank the hotel management for the fact that they have Russian-speaking staff.

Excellent 5-ka: magnificent interiors, clean and new rooms, cleaning twice a day, delicious and varied food, clean beach (as clean as possible in the city). This is a great option for staying with children, where you can be sure of their safety: attentive rescuers at each water area, staff ready to help. Among the pleasant bonuses: each sunbed on the beach is equipped with a call button for ordering drinks at the pool bar. There is no need to hand over towels after staying on the beach: they are cleaned by the staff themselves. For the same reason, towels that are simply left on the sun beds without your belongings are also removed (so be careful if you want to "score" the sun beds and leave). Please note that the hotel is focused on healthy eating: French fries and pasta are available on request (you just need to ask the chefs - they cook in a couple of minutes). But always (!!!) For breakfast, lunch, and dinner there is delicious red fish, artichokes, and a wide variety of cheeses, including goat cheese. Good wines, including sparkling wine, are included in the all inclusive. A bonus for shopping enthusiasts is the direct access to the Abu Dhabi Mall from the hotel (next to the Prego's restaurant). You won't find an average level of mall: Cartier and Chanel, but there are Sephora, H&M, Carters, Steve Madden, ALDO and a large hypermarket on the 0 floor (called Croop, located next to McDonalds and there is an exchange where it is more profitable to change currency than in a hotel). The doormen at the entrance are ready to help with a taxi, but you can also use Yandex.Taxi is already a plus to Abu Dhabi in the piggy bank :) stable Internet is available both in the hotel, in the mall, and in the museums, if you decide to get to them yourself (most are located on Saadiyat Island (15 min. drive from the hotel), where there is also a free shuttle bus between them). In general, we are very happy with our stay, and we hope to come back sometime!

A magnificent hotel! Charles met me perfectly and had a great time. The food in the main restaurant is top! There is a Michelin-starred fish restaurant on site. Wonderful, one of the best hotels for a holiday not in high season (in the season, in principle, to kill in the city). A breeze, a free small private beach (you definitely won't miss it in the season), a wonderful heated pool, a hammam, an excellent buffet with lots of seafood, a service that wants to please, everything is close by taxi, the best beaches on Saadiyat and corniche are also 15-20 minutes away, Yandex taxi works with Mir. The gallery mall is within walking distance along a normal pedestrian road, from the hotel there is a passage to the Abu Dhabi mall, where there is a large coop, a poppy and other joys of life. There are also shops, restaurants and other things on the street. It's perfect for December and March. The concept of the hotel is not only leisure, but also business, conference rooms and restaurants. So in parallel with your beach vacation, there may be, for example, a wake (they are) and a business meeting nearby, it is impossible to separate the flows completely. It doesn't add comfort. The main thing in the rooms is that the windows are not on the construction site, then in principle there will be nothing to complain about, the construction will not end in the near future.

Great hotel. For guests on the 2nd floor, the exit from the room is through the balcony to the roof of the 1st floor, where there will be a table and chairs for gatherings. The roof of the 1st floor is a serviced area with a walkway and green spaces, I do not attach a photo for obvious reasons. The sound insulation of the rooms is at the highest level if the windows are not open, nothing can be heard from the roof. You can't hear anything from the football fans yelling at the big screen either. We had a rest during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar

A beautiful hotel, beautiful sea and sand are raked every day. The pool is heated in winter, but you can also swim in the sea in mid-January. There are waiters on the beach and by the pool, they will bring whatever you want. Very tasty and varied food, lots of seafood, you can ask the waiter for any drinks. Accessibility from the airport is 35 minutes, the neighboring building of the shopping center, across the bridge of the shopping center of luxury brands. I'm thrilled, which is rare in my case. The only negative is that the room cleaning is poor, but because of the two children, I didn't notice it much.

Need a beach with an open sea view, welcome to Rixos! There is a direct entrance to the shopping center with a large Mega market and boutique coffee shops. The weak point of the hotel is the rooms, clean, simple, but just weak for this level. There are many restaurants on the territory, if you take the All food system, there will be access to everything. We were for breakfast and dinner at the price of 20 tr per day for two, fully justified. The only question is the price, for how much it will be sold at the moment, if you need alcohol and access to restaurants, take all, for the rest half board is enough. I definitely recommend it, since everything is at its height, food, service, beach, views, saunas-fitness, interiors-design.

Our stay at this absolutely amazing hotel ends tomorrow! I liked everything! Location, well-groomed, attention of the staff, especially those who speak Russian. The hotel is luxurious! The restaurant has such a variety of menus - we didn't have time to try everything in 10 days. The design and quality of the dishes- bravo to the chefs!!! The team is working, in the best sense of the word (I rate it as a restaurateur). We are very satisfied with the rest and the time spent! Thanks to the management and all the people who work here! Well, we are very upset about visiting an Italian restaurant. The hall was 1/3 full. The service is lower than the lower one and even lower. We waited 1.5 hours for pizza. Everything else is the same. The staff is terrifying. It's like something out of a comedy. They run , but only they understand why. For Rotana, where the staff is normally confined, this is very strange. It totally sucks. We didn't understand how it works at all. Well, today was NG evening. There is no description here. It just sucks. NG has never been worse in my life. The disco was rumbling, who might like to eat bouncing, I don't. It was a wonderful evening in 2019. Everything was ruined today. You can no longer set foot in this hotel on NG. They've ruined everything!

I had a rest from April 25 to May 2 alone with two children - 6 and 8 years old. The hotel is excellent, it exceeded my expectations - I understood that we were not going to an all inclusive in Turkey, but to an Arab country with a completely different approach and rules. Plus, the tour was bought at the last moment, a couple of days before departure, so I knew that there would be no special entertainment for children, but a calm and measured rest was just what we needed :) in fact: polite reception staff (there seem to be Russian speakers, but I didn't come across any), responsive room service, and those.staff - a plug got stuck in the sink during the stay: on the first call, an English-speaking master came within 15 minutes and fixed everything in 5 minutes. The rooms in the main building are in excellent condition, all with corner balconies overlooking the beach. Excellent sound insulation and black out curtains - we really got enough sleep! Room cleaning is carried out twice a day, water and towels are delivered without reminders. Pleasant little things: coffee point in the room, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at any time. The food in the main Essence restaurant is beyond praise! An abundance of various vegetables - fresh and not only, delicious lightly salted salmon, shrimp and other seafood, an abundance and variety of cheeses... there is always baked meat for lunch / dinner - roast beef, leg of lamb, striploin - in addition to a variety of ready-made dishes and side dishes to them. What I liked: the absence of endless French fries, pasta and mashed potatoes in the field of view of children. All this can be asked from the chefs - they cook in a minute, but the nutrition of children is dramatically changing in favor of healthier and more varied food. Snacks and a variety of drinks, including cocktails, are available at the beach bar. Of the pleasant little things: that you don't need to carry water from the room, you can get it at the bar or place an order: almost every sunbed has a button to call the waiter, who brings food and drinks from the beach bar as part of the all inclusive. A separate advantage for me was the possibility of direct access to Abu Dhabi Mall: fans of heavy luxury are unlikely to like it, but there is something to profit from in the mass market :) (Zara is missing) There is also an exchange office in the shopping center on the ground floor next to the McDonald's. The exchange rate is higher than at the reception + they accept banknotes until 2010. And one more advantage: Yandex works great in Abu Dhabi.Taxi with payment using Russian bank cards. As a result, we had a great trip with two children to Saadiyat Island and the Louvre (I highly recommend it!) and to the recently opened Phenomenon Team Lab (100 out of 10 for visiting with children - it's worth it!!!) The only fly in the ointment we were prepared for was the bay in the city. Therefore, if you need an open sea with waves, then this is clearly not the place. Although there was a plus here: the complete absence of waves made it possible to safely let the children play and splash in shallow water without fear. As a result, the hotel is definitely suitable if you are looking for a measured and relaxing holiday with a high level of comfort and close to all the benefits of civilization :)

We stayed at this hotel from January 25th to February 1st. A very decent city hotel! I want to come back here again. We settled in quickly, ahead of schedule, without separate requests. The rooms are clean, with decent furniture, and the cleaning is excellent every day. For breakfast (we only had breakfast), a variety of food: eggs, fish, pasta, rice, porridge, lots of fruits, etc. The staff is very attentive, they respond to all requests and try to solve all problems quickly. Julia, a Russian-speaking girl, works at the reception, she is always friendly, ready to help and solve any issue, for which I thank her very much! A clean pool with warm water. The beach is clean, there are always free sun beds at this time of the year. I recommend the hotel.

This is not the first time we have celebrated the New Year in this hotel, but I can say with confidence that there is no desire to return here anymore. The hotel has already exhausted its resources, the lobby has been decorated the same for 5 years, and worthy competitors have appeared. The kitchen is monotonous, despite the fact that we took a package with the possibility of visiting all the restaurants of the hotel, it is impossible to sign up for them, the top ones are on the stop all the time, but almost all the cuisines are represented in the general restaurant for dinner, only it was not worth the overpayment. The Russian-speaking staff tries to be polite while doing their job, while the rest do not even look up when communicating. The New Year's program was disappointing, a gloomy hall with black tables, cold weather and a DJ, whose music made my head ache after half an hour. The fireworks, which used to be a favorite of the evening due to the location and scale, were not there this year, replaced by a 10-minute drone show... It's not much of a sight. A special surprise was caused by dinner at the Italian restaurant Pregos, after waiting for an order, in which 1.5 hours later we found out that some of the dishes were not allowed for us... for this reason, no food was brought to the child at all. The beach has been expanded almost twice, but there is still not enough bedding, and if you go to your room or cafe, you may return to find that another company is in your place, and towels are lying in a pile nearby. It is impossible to sleep at night because of the incessant construction in the neighborhood and very noisy air conditioners. I think the management has something to think about.

The territory is beautiful . The food is very good. The entrance to the Abudabi Mall is in the heart of Abu Dhabi. But there is a disadvantage of a very slow bar for serving drinks. Minor breakdowns do not eliminate the fact that the shower fell off on the beach, so they all left.the legs are sealed off from the central stroke without freezing , there are two cranes that do not work . In 10 days, no one has even done anything.

The room has everything you need! Linen and towels are replaced every day! From the hotel, transfer to the Abu Dhabi Mall! There is practically no animation, but when the hotel is in the city center, it is not necessary, there is somewhere to wander to take time! You can buy excursions, you can go yourself, everything is available! There are 2 grocery stores near the hotel (cigarettes, bathroom accessories, etc.), the price is not too high! With a high probability I want to return to this hotel for a vacation in the future! I liked everything! I recommend it!
