We came in with my family for outside of the cafe, took our place and waited for the waiter for about 5 minutes. The interesting and most weirdest part is that one lady was staring at us from inside of Beanberry. After 5 minutes I went to inside of the building and called for waiter by myself. He came to me I got a response that lady was their manager.
Even tho, she saw the customer came to them she did not give shit about it, and was so arrogant. Also, I saw a lot of bad reviews regarding B&Bs managers. The management should seriously consider regarding it. Coz Tashkent is the big city and a lot of competitors around…)

Good service. Sometimes, waiters make you wait, but overall, it's worth going to go and enjoy your coffee there.

A very pleasant place with a cozy atmosphere! The coffee here is simply delicious – rich, with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. I've tried cappuccino – it's expertly prepared, with a beautiful serving.
The cafe's interior is thought out to the smallest detail: stylish design, soft lighting and comfortable seats. I especially liked the live plants and vintage details – it feels like the owners put their soul into the design.
A great place to meet friends or work on a laptop. I will definitely come back again! ☕✨

They were also offered coloring pages, and when they noticed their dissatisfaction with ice cream, they immediately offered to redo it (although the dissatisfaction was caused by lack of sleep, and the ice cream was very good). Also, there is a terribly unstable floor, when waiters or visitors go, you constantly experience a strong vibration from the desire of people. The tea pot is very small, it is enough for 4 bowls, and it costs a little less than a cocktail. In one of the ordered dishes, a friend caught a hair. In general, the food is delicious, but you need to be careful before eating it.

I went to this coffee shop for about a year, the baristas make coffee very well, but the management staff, it's generally terrible. Once again I came and put my bag at my desk, while I went down to get coffee, I came up with my things cleaned and the managers spread their hands and say that the table was booked, move to another table, they say, wait here. I talked to the manager and asked how he feels about this situation, just shrugs and, in principle, by agreement, does nothing. It became very clear how they treat their regular guests, no more customer orientation there.

I do not know where all these positive reviews come from, but I rely on them when I try to find a new place for myself. We haven't been inside, we only ordered delivery, so I can't assess the atmosphere and the level of service. I will share my impressions about food and coffee.
I'll be brief: the food is tasteless. It happens that you can ingeniously cook a simple sandwich, that you can get unprecedented gastronomic pleasure from eating it. Or you can ruin such a simple dish. And make it absolutely tasteless: bruschetta, dry and at the same time wet from salad sauce, too salty fish, the salt of which is not lost even with cottage cheese spread on bread (by the way, it is indicated in the delivery menu that butter is there), slippery avocado, cut into weightless slices. And all this combined gives disappointment from the meal. My husband did not appreciate the English breakfast either, he said that the food was tasteless. The food is overprice, it's just a pity to give money for it. It would be better for +- I made an order with the same money at a trusted institution where it is 100% delicious, but no, it pulled me to experiment today.
Also, for some reason, caramel syrup was not added to our drinks, although I selected this option in the delivery application. I drink and hurry coffee in alternative brewing methods where appropriate and when I want it. Today I wanted espresso, frothed milk and cappuccino syrup with caramel. But for some reason, the institution does not pay attention to the details of the order and gives it away at random.
