It's amazing to me that the salon has such a high rating. I was there once.
1. A very small room. On (approximately) 17 sq.m. without any partitions, they cut hair, do manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, and the administrator is sitting. I was sitting and looking at the hairdresser's work, and behind my back, 50 cm long, someone's legs were being processed.
2. The manicure masters worked without gloves! Unacceptable.
3. About the manicure itself. I had a hygienic uncoated one, Master Irina. What can I say? It hurt! Irina pressed the handle of the device very hard. Because of this, the whole procedure left a painful and unpleasant impression. The cuticle area still hurts the next day. The cuticle was cut off in jerks. Hopefully, when the nails grow back a little, I won't see any surprises in the form of cuts.
3. Cuticle oil was applied directly with a pipette from a jar in contact with my skin. Although another master applied the same oil with an individual wand to another client.
4. I was received 12-15 minutes late. And because of this, the master was in a hurry and constantly looked at the clock, and the quality of the work was reflected in my manicure and mood.
