It's amazing to me that the salon has such a high rating. I was there once.
1. A very small room. On (approximately) 17 sq.m. without any partitions, they cut hair, do manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, and the administrator is sitting. I was sitting and looking at the hairdresser's work, and behind my back, 50 cm long, someone's legs were being processed.
2. The manicure masters worked without gloves! Unacceptable.
3. About the manicure itself. I had a hygienic uncoated one, Master Irina. What can I say? It hurt! Irina pressed the handle of the device very hard. Because of this, the whole procedure left a painful and unpleasant impression. The cuticle area still hurts the next day. The cuticle was cut off in jerks. Hopefully, when the nails grow back a little, I won't see any surprises in the form of cuts.
3. Cuticle oil was applied directly with a pipette from a jar in contact with my skin. Although another master applied the same oil with an individual wand to another client.
4. I was received 12-15 minutes late. And because of this, the master was in a hurry and constantly looked at the clock, and the quality of the work was reflected in my manicure and mood.

Good afternoon! This is not the first time I have come to this salon. The masters are attentive and professional in their work. All the tools of the manicure masters undergo special treatment, a tendon is used! The nail files are disposable, the procedure is performed efficiently and accurately, the cuticle is carefully treated. All tools are in craft packages, in closed ones!!!!
I go to the procedures both to master Tatiana and master Anna, the girls are wonderful masters and everyone has their own approach to work, and there were no problems!
I read the absurd review below...
the collection of gloves, aprons and masks - all this is the personal safety of the masters themselves!!! And many people are allergic to gloves... And according to the sanpin, there are no such norms that masters must wear gloves, a beauty salon is not a medical institution!! Personal hygiene products are personal hygiene products!!!!
And if you want to write reviews, write without grammatical errors.
Probably the man personally checked how the service was rendered, standing over Mester's soul 😂

Good evening! My wife got into this salon, signed up for a manicure with master Anna! The result is disfigured nails and a nail plate sawn to redness. The master did not put on gloves during the work, the files are not disposable, but one at all. But Anna claimed that the nail files are new every time. Believe me, they definitely don't look new, and when I was with the neighboring master, there were 2 clients one after the other, the tools don't change! When my wife asked how the tool was processed, Anna answered in a sinkhole, when asked where the kraft bag with the tool was, she answered why it was needed!!!! Then, from somewhere in the drawer, she pulled out an already opened package!!! And as if nothing had happened, she continued her work. Next, master Anna began to cut off the cuticle with pliers, or rather not cut it off as they usually do with nail scissors, but tear it off!!! After removing the old coating with a cutter, she asked if her nails hurt, a good question considering how she did it! I didn't take it off, but just tore off the old coating. Dear girls, if you value your health and your hands in general, then you are clearly not in this so-called salon. And Master Anna needs to either learn more about this profession, or it's better to do something else, and not disfigure people's hands! Such masters should not be allowed to work with people! Dear management of this salon, I really hope that you will take appropriate measures so that there are no more such situations!

The worst pedicure in my life. Long, painful, dirty. Nails and skin are sawed to the point of bleeding, it is impossible to touch the skin, the cuticle was simply torn off. The architecture of the nail is broken: the corners of some nails are missing. This not only looks ugly, but can also lead to problems with ingrown toenails in the future. The coating lies in a thick layer.

Hello. A review of the administrator who worked on August 13 in the first half of the day.
I want to note right away that I go to the Beauty salon regularly and am definitely satisfied with the quality of services.
But! I faced an extremely unpleasant situation: I came to an appointment for nail correction, I made an appointment in advance for Saturday at the right time, because in the evening I had to be at a big festive event. The receptionist told me that she had taken down my entry, referring to the fact that "another administrator" (according to her) had incorrectly recorded my number and my entry was simply deleted.
Which is extremely unclear to me:
1. Why did the girl not apologize and did not offer any other solutions to the issue (for example, to negotiate with the next record and rewrite it to another dent, or banally rewrite me, or provide a discount for the next half-hour) apparently the girl assumed that a regular customer would not come anymore?)
2. Blaming colleagues is the last thing to do in a good team. Moreover, this will not help the client in any way in such a situation.
3. I really did not like the outcome of the situation - the administrator concluded after the decision "you will not do nails today"! 😱 by the way, I didn 't hear any goodbyes either, because the girl just looked down and continued to go about her business
As a result, this administrator's attitude towards the client is not good, the day and evening are spoiled. The mood is a shock! This girl shouldn't work in a service center.

I am satisfied with the quality of the work, the prices are also pleasant.
The masters can be distracted by the phone and usually you need to ask for coffee /tea yourself, but for me there is nothing wrong with that :)

By the end of the year, it was time to take stock and evaluate the beauty salons I had visited.
Procedure: eyelash extension.
I chose this salon based on photos of works in my Instagram profile. I did the procedure for the first time, which I warned the master about! She asked me to tell me everything that needs to be done and how.
The result:
The working time is 1.5 hours
Eyelashes are good, just what I asked for.
But! I got a corneal burn! The master commented: "It will pass in a couple of days. You opened your eyes during the procedure ..... and ran away...
what....?????!!!! I closed my eyes when I was told, and only opened them when I was allowed to. No one told me with what force they needed to be squeezed. Even when the upper eyelid was pulled, I tried to keep them as closed as possible.
In general, you can endlessly talk about my indignation, but let's move on to the general assessment ...

Performance of work 1 (corneal burn)
The cost is 1 (I asked to do 2D. I don't know how they did it, but they counted it as 3D. + there was an entry on Instagram about a 5p discount for this master on this day....She was overlooked! + 20p for drops that had to be purchased at the pharmacy for burns)
Comfort 2 (couch, cushions are available...but, no one offered coffee either before or after the procedure! And it lasted, let me remind you, 1.5 hours! This is at least impolite!
In general, I do not recommend this "salon"!!!!

I did a manicure with Irina's master. Just nail treatment without removing and without gel polish coating. There was a colorless varnish on the nails, which the master decided not to wash off at the beginning of the work for some reason and filed the nails as is. I made the shape of the nails badly, because it is not smooth, some are filed obliquely. I had to ask them to file it so that it was smooth and beautiful. The master did not understand me. I cleaned the carousel too badly (it is quite visible in the photo) I have a feeling that I was not in the salon, but at someone's house who does not know how to do a manicure. I'll have to go to another place in a week and redo it, because it's no good. She left the salon and immediately burst into tears.
For comparison: the 4th photo is a manicure in the same salon only from another master. The same nail treatment. In comparison, it's just heaven and earth!
