I signed up for a haircut after seeing the interior and the work of the masters on Instagram. I am very glad that I came here. The atmosphere is incredibly cool. Everything is very beautiful, friendly staff and professional craftsmen. I got to Elena, which I'm very glad about. A real professional! She understands perfectly, gives excellent recommendations and just has golden hands. I get nervous when someone touches my hair, so I'm always happy when I find a calm master who seems to be conjuring, not cutting. In general, I am pleasantly impressed! I highly recommend coming here. You will come out in a good mood :)
I even leave my happy face after the haircut. I turned out to be a 22-year-old girl from a 30-year-old, thanks to the right approach of the master. Thanks!

During the manicure, the bag was in the designated place. But from a tube of solvent or degreaser (I don't know what it's called), drops got on my favorite bag and corroded the color, now there are spots on the bright green bag. It's a favorite thing, a gift from my husband. Furla brand bags are not a mass market, the cost is not a penny. The administrator, smiling and joking, says "yes, it's not visible, don't worry about it." Salon management, are you kidding? Why can't you feel safe at your services and not worry about the safety of your belongings? You have a decent pricing policy, you must ensure the safety and integrity of things out of the customer's concern. This negative case puts an end to any good moments of visiting this salon.

It took an insanely long time to get a manicure - 2 hours. And they took 30 euros. Honestly, I expected it to be much cheaper and did not understand why the price was exactly that (I pay this price in Milan for a manicure with gel polish, which is done for about 1 hour). But I wanted to leave the salon as soon as possible, so I had no desire to sort it out on the spot. The girl who did the manicure, to my question "what are you doing?" (she began to align the nail plate without my knowledge) answered rather unpleasantly, "can I finish, and then you tell me if you liked it or not" - in my opinion, such things are done BEFORE the procedure and discussed with the client. The manicure turned out to be normal. But the price and speed... leave much to be desired

An amazing find from the first time) I am a rather demanding client with unruly hair that looks like a nest from humidity) I found a salon based on reviews. Master Camilla did exactly what I asked, efficiently, quickly and very well (it's evening, and the styling is alive and looks great). I go to this salon all the time, manicure and pedicure only to Irina, she makes perfect nails, every time I remain infinitely satisfied with her amazing work and the result! My husband did a manicure in parallel with another master, they also did it very carefully. I did my haircut at Camila's, Maxim. The cabin is clean, stylish, the tools are sterile, the craftsmen are enthusiastic and very friendly. I found the salon initially through a wonderful Instagram. Regarding prices, some services are expensive even by Moscow standards, and some on the contrary are even cheap, so in general it's fine :)

I change my assessment after a terrible manicure, when five fingers were cut with a file and a cutter, a nail with onycholysis was covered with gel without notice and warning, and without apologies with a stone face they took the full cost of the service. Terrible service!
