But the last time I got to the girl Ira (I think that's her name) and I was very sorry ((I did a disgusting manicure (both the manicure itself and the coating), and there's a whole story with the Shellac coating. After drying the varnish under the lamp, for some reason it wrinkled, I had to wash it off and apply a different color. After a few days of manicure, white streaks appeared on the varnish, I suspect due to the fact that the varnish is diluted. It's hard to say whose fault it is: the salon or a particular master, but the impression of a seemingly ideal place has deteriorated once and for all((

My wife bought a coupon on one of the websites for this salon, the administrator confirmed the availability of the promotion by phone and offered to sign up for a specific time. At the appointed time, the same administrator said that the promotion does not apply to all types of services and the purchased coupon does not give a discount. In general, a hairdresser is for those who do not value their time and nerves, I can't say anything about the quality of services. I definitely do NOT recommend this beauty salon.

A terrible incompetent administrator!!! (Red-haired girl, I don't know her name). I made an appointment with a hairdresser and clarified the desired types of services by phone in advance. Directly at the reception, I coordinated everything with the master (a pleasant girl who knows her business!), but what was my surprise that the ADMINISTRATOR came and began to persuade me for types of work that take less time, since the next client she recorded is "not far off". To be precise, I wanted to do California highlights, to which the ADMINISTRATOR asked if I wanted to come another day. I replied that I had already traveled half of Kiev on purpose + took time off from work to convince her ADMINISTRATOR to come exactly at the specified time! The administrator was upset and started telling the master in front of me: "then you don't need to do highlighting, color it completely blonde", "well, if not, then highlight, but don't tone it", they say I don't know anything, there is no time! There was also an offer to paint half of my head (that is, the top of my head. Yes, there is such a technology, but, sorry, I SPECIFIED exactly what I need!) And for "dessert" they gave me an amount twice the agreed amount!!!.. ...She left without appreciating the work of the master... But the work of the administrator is FULLY DONE!!! I am convinced that such people have no place in such establishments (objectively speaking, the atmosphere is still really inviting there). I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Not the serious approach of a frivolous ADMINISTRATOR!!!!!!!! A terrible impression - I killed time, strength and nerves!!!
