I was here on 11.02 with Master Xenia. I really liked everything, down to the smallest detail. Before the visit, I was given a consultation on which procedures are better to do. Good afternoon, nice salon, very nice receptionist, polite craftsmen. The first time I did complex coloring, master Nikolai (he was recommended to me by two of my friends who did complex coloring for him and were very satisfied) did his job very diligently and carefully, but I was not satisfied with the result, there was probably a misunderstanding. I called the salon, explained the situation, sent a photo of my hair, and they told me that I could come for a fix. A couple of days later, I visited Nikolai again, and he worked on my hair for another 3 hours. The result was perfect - what I wanted!!! The fix was completely free for me. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the management, master Nikolai, for such a wonderful attitude towards clients and his profession.

I came to Maria's hair toning workshop. The source code is 1.5 months old (photo below). I asked for a neutral toning, as this is exactly what they did to me in my salon during discoloration. The result was a light brown color (photo below). After washing my hair, I turned to the master and asked why the hair was so dark, they told me that it was wet. But I can tell my wet hair from my wet brown hair. An attempt to wash off the tinting with shampoo ended with the color being washed out, but not into the original, but into red. As it turned out, during a conversation with the administrator, the wizard should have warned that darkening would be required for such a source to succeed. I highly do not recommend the salon, as this is not my first case of unsuccessful blonde toning. I would like to get a refund for a poorly rendered service.

Going to this salon on Timiryazev did not go well right away. They just forgot about my record, and after 20 minutes they gave me a "master". To say nothing of the fact that they made the complex coloring terrible. They made spots on the redheads' heads, without saying a word, they began to paint over with dark paint , they said to my comments that this was how it was done. Well, I'm sorry, now there's a dark stripe on my head, right on the parting, it just looks terrible. I attach the photo immediately after painting and two weeks later. They didn't take the money from me, the manager promised to fix it, but it's just scary to go there to fix it. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of my "master". I didn't want to write a review, but I just can't look at myself, my hair is ruined.. I do not recommend this salon.

The masters are excellent, now I go to Maria P. — she perfectly matches my tone, hears and feels from the middle of a word, disposes to herself.
Everyone always shows care and sensitivity, including administrators, which is very pleasant and important.
During the procedure, a drink of your choice is served with a delicious snack (for example, candy, cookies). They advise on various issues: I asked for help in using home care (how best to apply thermal protection, spray, Maria told me everything in detail, suggested how to do styling, it was my pain), as well as help in choosing a technique (curling iron, hair dryer).

I visited the salon at Timiryazev, 28. Master Katya ... The hair tone was not what I wanted, everything was washed off after a couple of days, the coloring seemed to have not happened. Upon arrival home, I discovered that I had a discolored spot of an impressive size on my T-shirt under my back hair, which the master obviously could not notice, but at the same time did not tell me anything. The thing was ruined! I informed the salon, I was immediately assured that after you send a photo of the damaged T-shirt and its cost, preferably with the store where it was bought, we will refund your money. I sent a photo of a ruined T-shirt, a link to the store, even wrote to the store about the exact cost of the T-shirt, they replied that there was no such thing available now, and I needed to go with the T-shirt to them. I wrote to the salon that I would not go back and forth, they replied that they would give everything to the master, and that they would transfer the money in the evening, later they wrote that in a couple of days the master would transfer it to you himself. But then they said that the master had found the same T-shirt in this store and asked for the size of the T-shirt. I took everything off, even from the photo. And the master allegedly bought the same T-shirt in the same store and come pick it up, although I wrote to the store and they were not available. I live outside the city and I can't drive 10 times, so they offered me the option to send it by mail, I agreed. As a result, I received the T-shirt in my hands after 1 month and of course it did not fit me and was completely different in material, color and size (I found one on valberis right away in the search))…. although it cost the same as my spoiled one. I don't understand what the point was, why it was impossible to immediately return the money. I really do not recommend this salon!

I do cold restoration and reconstruction with master Anna in my favorite Coloroid salon.
I am very pleased with the result. The hair was badly damaged and falling out.
