It's a pity the time spent on the road (from another city), money and okay, not the saddest thing in my story. I expected more. Curly hair by nature, straightened icicles hung without volume, well, it didn't add any beauty. In general, what was cut, what was not. Well, thanks for not spoiling it. When the relatives saw it, they did not notice that they had cut it at all. They said "before" was better than "after". And to be honest, I expected much more from your salon and the master, that's why I specially went to Minsk. As a result, alas, the experience turned out to be sad for me, it would be better to get a haircut in my city and the result and mood would not be spoiled.

The only thing that we drove up by car to the salon itself, and there is a barrier and it is written only by passes, we had to park somewhere by the road, although it is indicated that there is parking near the salon.

On May 7, I was at the air touch coloring and haircut by master Tatiana. There was a request just for uniform highlighting (airtache), toning with a natural blonde tone (not ash and not gold) and a square haircut. It started with the fact that the master, who has 20 years of experience in his profile, allowed leaks of the lightening component and, as a result, white "bald spots" at the roots. Moreover, the master did not even notice this, leaving me, she retired to rest. There were at least three leaks, that is, these are the ones that were visible to me with the naked eye. I had to call the master from the rest room to point out the leaks, which were already quite clearly visible in the form of lightened islands on the roots. To fix this in some way, the master applied a dark tone to the root zone and darkened the temporal zone and the area near the face. Obviously, the uneven border of the highlighted strands was "veiled" in the same dark tone. It turned out to be a rather strange effect - a sharp transition from the roots to the light zone, that is, dark roots of about 2 cm and a dark contour near the face and temples, as well as an unpleasant bonus, partially broken off hairs from aggressive staining over the entire surface. The square was not cut exactly as a whole, but also with a rounded face, although the request was for a completely even cut. After two shampoos at home with a special shampoo for colored hair, the tone was partially washed off and it became obvious that the roots had acquired a red color, and the lightened tips were greenish. I had to fix all this mess with another master, incurring additional costs and spending my personal time. Not to mention the ruined hair.
I do not advise you to contact the master Tatiana, who, apparently, although having 20 years of experience in the industry, does not know the technique of complex coloring and cutting clear lines at the proper level.
And the salon, however, is apparently not ready to be responsible for poorly rendered services and is limited to negative reviews at best only by a standard and prepared phrase about how sorry they are.

I was very upset, after Julia's "haircut", they cut off more than I asked for, delayed in time (and I was in a hurry and said repeatedly that after a maximum of 70 minutes it was necessary to run away already) because they pushed unnecessary care that they did not need to do, and the master verbally agreed.as a result, without arguing their choice, they still made an additional payment, demanded more, respectively, and delayed in time. When paying, the administrator did not even ask if everything was OK and if she liked everything, which is usually always done in all client-oriented establishments - this is getting feedback to further improve their work. I didn't even have the time and desire to talk about my "pain" and discontent, because I was already very late because of the master. I used to visit beautycase with pleasure and for some reason I was sure that even if you got to another master, you would find yourself in the hands of professionals, but it doesn't always work out that way, unfortunately.it's been 2 weeks since the "haircut", and I still can't look in the mirror without tears. Be careful with the choice of the master, his mood and "lunar days", and maybe the salon
