We went to the store to pick up a professional shampoo for home care. Unfortunately, my impressions were negative. We approached two consultants ourselves, who were actively chatting among themselves at that moment, one of them was on the phone. Not hello, not goodbye. We were asked about a specific brand, and they just told us that it didn't exist, and that was it. No suggestions of alternatives, no attempt to help find an analog. After that, the girls just continued their conversation, as if we weren't there at all. The service left an unpleasant aftertaste. I would like to be more attentive to customers.
