at the moment, I've been hanging on the phone for 35 minutes and listening to that my position in the queue is "One". Three days ago, I submitted an application to add an IP address to the trusted list, the status of the application is currently "NEW". That is, it has not even been accepted for work, Karl! I'm calling to find out if there's any life at this office. I created the previous application under the guidance of their employee. I look at it a day later - the request has not been completed. I'm starting to find out - it turns out that the application was created incorrectly. HOW IS THAT???....... It's good that this is the last month of our cooperation.

My experience with beCloud: Positive: Except for the price of tariffs. That's where the advantages end. Minuses: Support works whenever it wants. They can respond in 15 minutes, or they can in a week — and it's still good if they respond at all. Opening new tickets does not always help, often everything goes into the void. Unsubscribing instead of helping. The answers are often formal, without an attempt to really understand the problem. There is a feeling that employees are either incompetent or simply not interested in customers. Adding a new IP is a quest with an unpredictable ending. Then "we can't add an IP address because it's prohibited," but no one was confused that it was used and specified in the contract, then "we need to create an automatic request," then they just close the ticket with the advice to open a new one. As a result, there is a cycle of tickets with no result. Lack of initiative from tech support. No one is trying to delve deeper into the issue or offer a solution "forward." All actions are strictly within the framework of formal instructions, even if they do not work. Sometimes they respond stupidly, off topic. For comparison, there are successful hosting sites that I have worked with.: * Hostfly is an excellent choice in terms of price and quality. High-level support, especially for VPS/VDS. * Hoster.by is ideal for serious tasks, especially if you need secure solutions (government level). The prices are slightly higher, but the service is justified. * HB.by is a good provider for your money. The support is responsive, there were no serious problems. Result: If you want to waste your time, nerves and get empty formal answers instead of help, beCloud will not disappoint you. But if you value your time and expect a normal relationship, stay away from them.

We (a small budget organization) have never felt worse cooperation. High tariffs, lack of help and reasonable advice (in most cases, when contacting by phone, it all came down to either "write a request" or "instructions will be sent to you" - in the absence of a specialist in this field, I would like more technical support (although this part comes down to money), adequate explanations on "how to do this," they throw in the instructions and that's the end of the technical support work. When the deadline for the end of the contract comes, we will say goodbye.

Registered a domain name in becloud. Registration took place without surprises and adventures. The process is automated: you fill in the necessary information in your personal account, you are charged, you pay it – the domain is registered! Of the disadvantages, I will note only the personal account itself. It looks very simple, you don't expect to see such an interface in 2024.

Technical support is as incompetent as possible. Services with an inflated price tag. They work slowly and talk nonsense, saying that it takes up to 5 working days for something that can be done independently in 3 clicks.

Not an organization, but a nightmare, in principle, the previous reviews for 1 and 2 stars speak for themselves. The answers to get off, I'm not talking about contracts at all, the price tag is insane for the services that competitors have (if it were possible to work with them) they cost a lot less or give a lot more for the same price. And there is nothing to say about any custom tasks. It feels like there are second-year forum trolls in the support. And even they themselves say that there will be a decision on a number of important issues "sometime later."

I work in a budget organization, since the beginning of this year I was forced to work with this office, although before that we cooperated with Beltelecom and everything suited us: the quality of services, the price of services, which is much lower, and the quick signing of all documents. They do not pick up the phone, they respond in a template "to get off" in correspondence, documents for signature are returned for weeks. At first, we solved the problem with hosting with them for about a month, then with domain name registration, this week we started sorting out documents about e-mail - impenetrable slowness...

An extremely difficult organization. It's hard to get through, although legislatively budgetary organizations have been inclined to work with them. Why is this happening in our country: when they know that they will be visited and even crawled, the quality of services immediately reduces to zero. And where is the freedom of choice??

I provide technical support to my clients' websites. And everyone who hosts on Bicloud is "problematic". 1 - even if the client's site has free space, the site still goes into the 50s. After contacting us about the problem, we receive an email with suggestions to switch to a more expensive tariff. And even if you switch to a more expensive one, there are still problems. 2 - The slowest hosting technical support that I have seen on the Internet. It's a pity to even put a 1-ts. This is too high an estimate for the quality of your work and especially the SPEED of incident RESPONSE. 3 - the answers come in the style of "the fool himself". No specifics about why it went down or why it went down. It all comes down to the fact that the client himself is wrong. 4 - Security has been overdone so that even holes have appeared. I have a real example where unauthorized access to the site's console was closed, but a loophole appeared))) 5 - They even overdid it with their personal account. Two-factor authorization - yes, it's cool. But not in case of an accident. The client will want to write, but it won't work that way. The obligatory "dancing with a tambourine" is included.
