You choose the broth and what additives you want to it and cook your own mash. BUT the portions there are large, you order one for two. We took 2 combos of broth + supplements for two (already assembled set), the second photo shows how much was left uneaten, although we were very hungry. But it was very tasty, let's go back again! There are few people there in the evenings, the hall is almost half empty.
