Раньше были очереди большие, сейчас вроде получше с этим. Но почему нет форм заявлений на Русском языке?Какая-то дискриминация?В США всё дублируется на испанском языке, хоть испанский и не имеет никакого официального статуса. Все формы можно сделать в электронном виде на сайте Билайна и подписывать ЭЦП, что бы не ехать через весь город.

Футболят при обращении в сам центр, составляют заявку, якобы все исправят, а на самом деле, ничего не делают с 21 декабря пытаюсь решить вопрос с отсутствием мобильной связи на номере, звонят на номер на котором нет мобильной связи, хотя я оставлял контакт другой, потом присылают смс ,что специалисты не смогли дозвониться, пишу на почту билайн, все равно такой отвратительный сервис. Бесполезно, нет помощи никакой. Сейчас на отзыв напишут- извините, что столкнулись с такими проблемами, напишите нам на почту. Отвечаю сразу:- писал, неоднократно, закрывают заявку и все.

Центральный офис Уральска. Рекомендую оформление именно тут, есть плюс, проверка безопасности, менеджер снимает вас на мобильное приложение в нескольких ракурсах, это нужно для удаленного управления аккаунтом, например выпустить e-sim карту и т.д. После обеда народу нет!
