Находится в центре города, по улице Кабанбай Батыра , между Шевченко и Биржан Сал. Что странно в БЦ не установлена электронная очередь, что очень неудобно, клиенты ругаются за очередь. 3-ды обслуживалась, операторы русскоговорящие все. В целом сервис не плохой, но крайний раз мне не доделали операцию, пришлось самой мудрить 😂
