We were here yesterday, we had a problem with the router (Sim card modem) and the girl who served us offered various solutions to the problem, for example, I did not know that there was an option to return it after a month of using your modem after concluding a malfunction REPORT, she asked if we wanted to change it or refund the money (although I myself the modem was bought elsewhere), the option of returning and buying a modem of a different model already in the Beeline center (I can't name the exact model, we have one white one, but we were offered a black one-it's more expensive and, as the girl says, more powerful), we were refunded the money for the purchased SIM card (I thought I wouldn't lose money insert a SIM card into your phone and use the Internet for a month-but its option turned out to be much better) after a refund for the modem (from 3 to 5 days), we will receive a new modem (we will add 4 thousand tenge) and another month of free Internet-so the five hours spent on 09/27/2025 solving the problem with the modem seem to have paid off, because Beeline's Internet prices start from 5,999 tenge (if you believe and then it's for the first month (or after three months of use, the price will already be 7999), the most profitable option, as far as I know, is to take a phone from a Beeline center with a connection included, so you can pay the same price for two years for communication (because communication tariffs are rising, you don't understand how, they can at any time it's time to raise by 1000-2000 tenge-of course, I warned you in advance, even archive tariffs are rising in price), and when registering a contract phone, I know for sure that I will pay for the phone and I will always be in touch and the operator has no right to raise the price.
