Today I have received a perfect service. There was a queue but it progressed reasonably fast. The hosting receptionist guided and helped on arrival. There is a very nice and comfy waiting zone. The operationist did everything to resolve my situation. Thanks!

The endless queues in Beeline are very annoying. No matter how many times I come for a consultation, it's always like this. The operators are not very qualified, maybe not all of them, but I have come across such. They are always gloomy and not very friendly. Working with people requires a friendly and attentive attitude. I wish these qualities to be an integral part of your work. It's good for us, it'll be good for you too

Waiting in line for about 2 hours. There are 10 people per hour. The quality of service is low. The young man spoke to me "through his lip ", I did not get an answer to any of my questions. When asked to provide a range of Beeline tariffs, he said: disconnect from this tariff, then check it out. Beeline management should pay attention to the incompetence and inconsistency of the staff.

We arrived, stood for 40 minutes, the queue hardly moves, there are 30 people in front of us, only 3 operators work in the hall. It is almost impossible to resolve the issue. They didn't wait and went to look for another operator.

It bothers me that the company's employees take pictures of the original documents on their tablets and ask them to take the document in order to take a simultaneous photo of the face and documents. I thought it was forbidden! But otherwise they refuse to apply! Is it possible to make a secure confirmation through IT?? The issue has been resolved, but the possibility of photo leakage remains!

Half of the 8-9 tables are working. In terms of service time, it is comparable to obtaining a multimillion-dollar loan from a bank.

There are inconveniences that do not apply to the service office itself, but a malfunction at the legislative level. If I move the SIM card in the Republic of Kazakhstan to a new device, it is blocked until the identity is confirmed. These are the inconveniences here.

It's a little interesting when there are technical problems during registration. For example, an error message is sent that this IMEI is already in the system. And the solution is to make a SIM card for another account.
