Beeline got its number back when this operator first appeared in Kazakhstan and Petropavlovsk and I haven't changed it since 2005. I like this operator and the connection it provides. In addition, in my opinion, this is the only operator that has a "Social" tariff (in any case, I do not know anything similar from others), which is significantly lower in cost of other tariffs, while the Internet is quite enough for pensioners.
I also like the service in their office: they will help to deal with the phone, with tariffs and charges, politely, correctly accept claims and provide the necessary information.
And now there is also a mobile application, which is not difficult to learn how to use even for people of age, not to mention young people.
