The place itself is good as well as the staff! But the operator himself, why are such prices being charged for tariffs, why has my tariff been raised several times in price and cut into gigs! And the net itself sucks a lot in the city! But there are no questions for you outside the city, you are the only ones who catch there!

If you drive by car, it is almost impossible to park near the Beeline office. Inside the queue, as in other similar mass catering establishments. There was also a corporate department inside, now it has moved to the city center, which is inconvenient.

We should try to arrive earlier in the morning, so as not to get into a traffic jam from a large number of visitors. There are always a large number of managers working, which helps to speed up the process. Parking is a big problem, sometimes you have to leave your car 500 meters away.

An incredibly disgusting attitude. Employees have no desire to solve problems, making excuses in the style of "everything is fine with us." They refuse to accept the application, arguing that they will be refused anyway. They also refuse to accept the application for verification. In fact, they didn't give a damn. They even cornyly refused to call the manager!!

After the service in this Beeline "central" office, there was nothing left but bewilderment as to what such a thing could be. We handed over the routers to a manager named Aknur, who, as confirmation of the transfer of equipment, "allowed" me to take a picture of my badge with the name Aknur (she took it off and put it on the table) and a package (my package) containing the routers (!!!). When we tried to offer at least some options with registration (write a statement, draw up a transfer certificate) or just somehow record the fact that the routers were handed over, aggression and cynicism had reached their peak, this employee not only refused to provide the position and surname, not only refused to invite the management and provide documents confirming termination of the contract and delivery of the equipment, but also stated that she would now call the police. Such behavior is unacceptable for a company employee working with clients. It seems that the girl considers herself unpunished and unaccountable and ignores not only corporate standards of service, but also basic norms of behavior with other people. As it turned out, there are already complaints on the Internet about the actions of the same Acnur, which indicates systematic violations. It is a pity that such people spoil the reputation of a large company trusted by thousands of customers. I have filed a complaint with infodesk@beeline.kz – but their answers are more like a meme (attached), first "write your details" (although everything is in the complaint), then "date and sign", then "send your ID", then "take a picture with your ID", then "rewrite the complaint using our form" ... The next step is apparently I can take a photo in a different position, on a different background, or take a picture of my name tag (as their employee, Aknur) – but the trouble is, I don't have a badge. If there is no badge, then we will not read the complaint. And all this despite the fact that their employee, Aknur, when accepting the equipment from me, presented me with NOTHING but a photo of her badge on the table. We have also written detailed complaints above, I hope that someone will respond.

Хороший большой салон, который работает в основном на подключение и обслуживание клиентов, много окон и столов для вопросов физических или юридических лиц. На продажу мало телефонов, да и те без ценников. Оформили себе сим-карту довольно быстро.

Центр Beeline на Тимирязева, 40, стильный, уютный и красивый. Приятно находиться в таком помещении. У входа сразу встретила консультант, вежливо поздоровалась и направила к менеджеру. Клиентов обслуживают 7-8 менеджеров. Когда я был в центре, очередей не было. Обслуживание вежливое и оперативное. Не почувствовал даже оттенка такого пренебрежительного отношения, как бывало в других центрах раньше. Спасибо менеджеру за 5 минут решил мой вопрос.

Сегодня обращалась в офис Билайн по Тимирязева,40. Уютное помещение, вежливое обращение с клиентами (прямо с порога), быстрое обслуживание, а самое главное, внушающие доверие консультанты. Я была на приёме у консультанта Шахсанат. Очень благодарна ей за оперативное и грамотное решение моего вопроса. Спасибо! Пять баллов!

When registering a physical SIM card, our colleague was told that there is no such tariff, and it can only be issued for 7,500 tenge. Переоформлял номер. Подождали в очереди немного. Работают 7-9 операторов по обслуживанию. Люди постоянно подходят, но большой очереди нет. Работает кондиционер, есть куллер с водой. Ожидали недолго, решили мой вопрос быстро и оперативно. Понравилось.

Так себе обслуживание, на входе мальчик выдает квитки с номером очереди, часто тупит, из за него пришлось перезвнимать. Также в бизнес отделе работаю две девочки которые видя, что люди стоят, продолжают отзваниваться по другим клиентам после чего принимают стоящих. Короче мне не понравилось, подумываю вообще о смене оператора с таки обслуживанием...

Excellent service! You scan the QR code from the entrance and wait in line. All managers know Russian and are ready to help. It doesn't always happen with cash, keep in mind. We have issued 2 SIM cards here, everything works as it should.

На выходных ходили просто поменять свою сим карту и потратила на это 1,5 часа в очереди. Это так обидно,что процедура заняла 2 минуты ,а в очереди простояла в такую жару 1,5 часа. Почему не работает аппарат для замены сим? Стоит просто вместо мебели?

Если до 12 часов дня то можно обойтись меньшими жертвами ( по времени меньше будете стоять) Так то некоторые операции требуют большего по времени, из-за этого очередь большая. Много приходят пенсионеров с банальными и непонятными вопросами

Сервис ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ!!! Началось с того, что мою заявку на установку интернет-дома не поставили в обработку, с грехом пополам этот вопрос мы решили. Теперь почти НЕДЕЛЮ монтажник не может завезти нам сим-карты. Ей Богу, уже сами забрали из офиса. Каждый день звоню по два раза операторам и каждый раз "кормят завтраками". УЖАСНЫЙ СЕРВИС!!! За работу с клиентами МИНУС МИЛЛИОН!!!

Был в этом офисе. Имел проблему с тарифом, не мог провести оплату. Сидели минут 20, проблема оказалась с "камушками". Думал уже пойти и смириться, но бравая операторша (имя которой я не запомнил) всё таки смогла найти решение🥴

Очень лукаво продали роутер, детали тарифного плана искаженно рассказаны, лишь бы купил. После второй абон платы за месяц, я заподозрил неладное и отказался от использования данного тарифа, который был в комплекте роутером. А в целом филиал оставляет только позитивные эмоции.

Всегда очень долго обслуживают. Можно 2 часа потратить на очередь. Вообще не нравится и связь. Просто разорение. Перешла на изи и довольна очень.
