The office itself is gorgeous, the location is even better, but unfortunately, the staff of this branch does not match the professionalism. The service is very slow, one manager says you can get the details from us, the other says no, we can't print them out. There are 11 windows, but half of them are actually working. To get the call details, I had to spend half a day in this place.

At the same time, the operator won't get through, the robot obviously doesn't understand what I need and freezes at some point. And there are only three specialists working in the department itself. For a long, stupid long time.

There are no complaints about the service departments. On the subject of communication: even in the districts of the centers, it does not catch in places. This month (August 2025), the tariff fee was raised again, and a month earlier, the ability to exchange minutes for gigabytes was removed from the application (this option was already selected about six months ago, but then returned). At the moment, Beeline is the most expensive connection. The marketing department has 5⭐, t. the tariff is designed for 4 weeks (exactly 13 payments per year)! Internet traffic does not transfer to the next month. They're great here!
