Был в офисе на Люблинской возле Метро Марьино. Было необходимо переоформить симку с Юрой на физ лицо. Там сотрудница отказала в данной услуге, сославшись на то что она не умеет этого делать. Приехал сюда, тут тоже новый сотрудник) Но в этом офисе удалось перевести симку! Спасибо молодому человеку, позвонил оператору, узнал как произвести оформление.
