Overall, a pleasant place. Good location, high-quality equipment, the very condition of the hall is at a high level. But for such a subscription price, and now also taking into account the price increase, the administration's service is a bit lame. If I noticed correctly, there are three administrators working here. The girl with the short haircut and blonde hair is really a very polite and friendly receptionist who does her job with a bang. But the other two people do not meet the required competence for a hall of this class. They are timid, insecure, and slightly cold. Maybe you're newbies, that's the impression. But I want the person to be greeted at the entrance by smiling and open-minded people who can answer the client's questions. And they meet with a sour face and a quiet voice. The girl at the bar prepares really delicious drinks, everything is great here. But she is often not in the workplace. Somehow I don't want to wait 10-15 minutes to drink a drink. I understand and agree that breaks are important for staff. But still, probably, if a person is not in place, then there should be a substitute person so that the client does not have to wait for several minutes, don't you think?) I also think that there are not enough disposable shower slippers in this room and some kind of locker with women's accessories, well, the most necessary, as it is, for example, in other studios. I'm not talking about free water at all) Such small things would be really good advantages for the brand's service. Because in this way, befit loses competition with other studios with similar pricing, as it provides more buns for customers. The app is not bad, but it can occasionally glitch. There are no complaints about the coaches at all, on the contrary, only positive emotions. These are really professionals who make you feel safe in class. We haven 't lost anything here ) I especially liked the Pilates and yoga coaches. They control the technique, explain everything clearly, and you don't feel lost in class. It's a pleasure to study. To sum up, this is a good place for group classes, but there is still room to grow so that the price matches the quality.

A good fitness center in a great location, many options for group workouts. I like Pilates, there is a special MOTR simulator, it is interesting and effective to practice. Zumba is very exciting with a real Latin instructor. All conditions for training have been created. Cleanliness and order. Polite communication. The subscription system without freezing, that's not very good. There is a cafe, you can drink coffee or fresh, the choice of drinks and snacks is good. I'm happy with everything.

The cost of the place is amazing (9.5 million for 3 months for women and 11.5 million for men, it was in May 2024), the gym is small, there are few free weights (my husband doesn't even have much to do there), the price includes a swimming pool. For such an elite (as the club positions itself) network, it is very strange that there is no official subscription price, the manager writes you the cost on a piece of paper in the office, as if it were something illegal.
