I really like the gym, it is well equipped, there is an opportunity to go to group classes:
- stretching
- zumba
- anti-gravity
- rock climbing
And so on.
The trainers are excellent, it is better to come in the first and second watering of the day. There are a lot of people in the evening.
And by the way, there is a good parking lot, you can wash the car, charge the electric car, eat and even buy sports clothes.
In general, I definitely recommend it!

I am 63 years old, I have been training for the second year, everything is done using modern technology, all the staff is wonderful. The main thing for health is that coaching helps a lot. The convenience is wonderful. After coaching, I leave in a great mood. Everything is wonderful here. Thank you for such a sports complex.

Отличный спортзал, чисто, приятно и очень дружелюбный персонал!
Прекрасный тренер Сарвар и тренер по боксу Прафсор! Хорошие ребята на ресепшене :)
Из минусов:
1. Гель для душа в душевых ужасно пахнет, называется «запах для серьезных дядек», девушкам так пахнуть совсем не хочется :(
2. В кафе нет вегетарианских и веганских блюд, хотя для того, чтобы их добавить даже не нужно закупать новые продукты, они у вас и так есть. Любое блюдо с мясом, молоком или яйцом — для современного фитнес клуба такого уровня это странно, никогда не могу поесть после тренировки. Добавьте какой-нибудь веганских овощной врап - было бы нереально круто!

Great fitness club. There is everything. The coaches are all professionals. The pool is simply gorgeous, there is a sauna, a spa area. I didn't like the beauty salon, I went to the master to lighten the horses' hair, the feeling that I just had my head washed for an expensive price. Here is a beauty salon not for advice , but the fitness itself is cool , there are children 's groups . Fitness cafe nearby (green point).

The towels are old. Home towels need to be changed every 3 years, and even more so, there is no bathrobe, no foot towels, no bags for swimming trunks, it is necessary to add exercise equipment in general normally. I think it's for the better

It still does not reach the level of a business class club, but the club is good.
Minuses:
1. There are 3 hair dryers in the women's locker room. It wouldn't be a problem if it was always +40 outside. In winter, it is unrealistic to dry your hair in the morning without waiting in line - it seems to me that a club of this level can afford to put hair dryers at least at every outlet.
2. It's time to change some showers too: they don't hold a watering can.
3. Electronic door openers are uprooted in many places.
4. I'm not sure if the problem is permanent, but the water for the cooler has been missing lately (also in the women's locker room and spa area)
5. There are not very many group programs, sometimes there can be 15-20 people for crossfit, although when selling they say that a maximum of 7-8 and there is always enough for everyone))
Positive:
The gym itself, the pool is excellent, the presence of a climbing wall, good equipment of the halls.

Очень хорошое место. В целом в Ташкенте немало мест с такими хорошими спортивно финтес центро. Местоположение хорошее, недорого,
.Очередей на тренажёры нет,
.Музыка не попсовая, бодрит,
.Отзывчивый персонал, прислушиваются к мнению посетителей,Отличный зал, есть всё необходимое для занятий фитнесом.

Disappointment. Although we used to recommend your spa to friends.
Before that, we always went for a steam massage, and were in the same room without any additional charges.
Apparently, some changes have recently occurred and if you want to be alone during the procedure, then you need to pay another 250,000 for this. At the same time, during the booking, the administrator did not say a word about these changes. We found out about it after we arrived. I have not yet seen an additional payment for a steam massage in any spa.
The separate rooms of the spa, which I visited for the first time, are located in the part of the building where the hoods are terribly audible, i.e. during relaxing treatments you will enjoy only the hum/noise of hoods. I can't even hear the music. 1.5 hours have never dragged on so long. At least you would have made sound insulation.

Персонал 10/10. Есть почти все, что лежит к активным и спортивным людям. Все очень чисто (у меня своя галочка на чистоту), аккуратно, красиво. Цена приемлемая.

Это мое любимое место, где я полностью восстанавливаюсь! Скалодром, групповые занятия, спортзал, большой открытый бассейн, шикарный спа с массажистками из Бали!

Очень классный скалодром высотой 17,5 метров! Были на индивидуальном занятии с дочкой 6,5 лет. Ей очень понравилось! Тренер Акмаль ведëт занятие интересно! Адекватно распределяет нагрузку. Внимателен к эмоциональному состоянию. Спасибо! Повторим!

Один из лучших комплексов в Ташкенте. Комплекс построенный по современным стандартам имеет несколько этажей а где есть зона для скалолазания, большой открытый бассейн, а также этаж с тренажёрами и залами для групповых занятий спортом. На втором этаже есть все направления бокса и единоборства. Квалифицированные тренера, индивидуальный подход к клиенту.

Единственно, пожалейте девушек на ресепшене, не надо им вскакивать каждый раз когда кто-то заходит. Ничего приятного в этом нет.

Технически оснащен отлично. Но очень непрофессиональный напыщенный персонал, разговаривающий с потенциальными клиентами с высока. Особенно это касается женщины менеджера Алёны Курбановой.

Персонал вежливый. Отношение к клиентам, думаю, сдержанно-заинтересованное. Чисто. Знаю только одного тренера. Справляется даже с моим ребенком, не идеттна поводу.
