phenomenal gym with incredible staff. clean, well run, amazing equipment, a beautiful Olympic pool, indoor climbing gym, but the real standout is the sense of community and the teachers and trainers.

I really liked the pool! The water is clean, the temperature is comfortable, the paths are wide and there is enough space for swimming without crowding. The territory is well maintained, showers and changing rooms are always in order. The coaches and staff are polite and attentive, and you can get tips on swimming techniques. It's a great place for both training and relaxation — it feels like they take care of the visitors here.

The only thing I would like to improve is the locker room is a little too small for this level of the pool. But that's a small thing compared to how nice it is to study here. I almost never give bad reviews. But this case is a complete lack of respect for customers. Considering that Bifit Pro positions itself as a premium segment. We signed up for the climbing wall a week before the visit. The available window and the available master trainer were clarified several times. We agreed to all the conditions (limited schedules, busy coaches, forgot to call back to clarify). As a result, a recording was made. Day X has arrived. On the way to the UK, I decided to call the reception desk to make sure we were booked for a training session. On the phone, the girl apologizes for not notifying (they allegedly called and did not get through) in advance that some kind of event was scheduled today at Bifit, which makes our pre-scheduled training impossible. It's not serious!

Great gym, clean, nice and very friendly staff! Wonderful coach Sarvar and boxing coach Prafsor! Good guys at the reception :) Of the cons: 1. Shower gel in the showers smells terrible, it's called "smell for serious uncles", girls don't want to smell like that at all :( 2. There are no vegetarian or vegan dishes in the cafe, although you don't even need to buy new products to add them, you already have them. Any dish with meat, milk or egg is strange for a modern fitness club of this level, I can never eat after a workout. Add some vegan vegetable soup - it would be unrealistically cool!
