Good service and good coaches, but! The studio should have expanded a long time ago. The locker room is tiny, there are two small benches for the entire locker room, nothing fits in the lockers, the showers are old, water is constantly playing. One toilet, one sink for everyone. There are a lot of girls who go to the studio, but there are no conditions for such placement. Two training rooms, also small, max for 6 people with a coach, but there are 9-10 people in training, why is this allowed? That's why I moved to another studio, although I really liked the coaches at beflex.

Beflex is one of the fitness studios, perhaps, where the quality of the training process is combined with cleanliness, aesthetics, pleasant service and spiritual harmony.
The studio is for those who really love themselves.
And who cares about quality, and not all the pathos, where I had to deal with.
Coach Umida Muratovna, this is a coach from the God of the girl, if you want a result, then I advise you to go to her. Together you will reach the goal, faster than you think.
And plus, there are coaches in the studio and those who come to train only girls, which is very convenient!
There has been nothing of the downsides so far. I hope it won't be.

A small room for classes. There were 5 of us + a coach at the training, it was already stuffy, I had to open the door.
Lack of ventilation is a typical disadvantage of such studios on the 1st floor of an apartment building. You'll suffocate on cardio altogether.
For cozy yoga classes in a small company of norms. But it doesn't suit me, unfortunately.
Everything is very nice and beautiful inside, everything is for girls.

Honestly, it's a little expensive. Maybe for "their" norms. But if you compare competitors, then biflex loses in price (higher than everywhere else). After talking with the administrator, I did not understand what is so unique and special and why it is worth taking a service from them, which is much more attractive in other places
