However, I was refused a purchase at the checkout because "the product does not hit the database." I consider this refusal to be unlawful, because, according to current legislation, the product that is displayed on the sales floor is a public offer, and the seller is obliged to provide the buyer with the opportunity to purchase this product. The store administrator simply replied that they couldn't help me in any way.
