I went into the store the other day, I was very upset by the behavior of the staff, I understand everything, it can be a hard day, etc., but this behavior is simply unacceptable. The cashier, Ksyusha, behaved inappropriately, when I asked her to find the item by the article/kewar code, she started snapping and directed me to another employee, pointed to someone, there was just emptiness, there was no one, I had to walk around the store for a while to help find the item. It was unpleasant, because I specifically approached the only (of the few) available employee at that time.
